Terreur dans les charniers<\/h2>\n

Voici venue la saison des histoires qui font peur.<\/p>\n

Je me souviens \u00e0 ce propos d\u2019un enseignement de mon ma\u00eetre, Alags Ch\u00f6rten, tir\u00e9 de sa propre exp\u00e9rience. C\u2019\u00e9tait en pleine nuit, comme il est de coutume, et \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode automnale. C\u2019\u00e9tait \u00e0 propos des pratiques dans les charniers.<\/p>\n

Il me raconta la p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait avec son ma\u00eetre dans de tels endroits, du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du lac Kokonor (tib. mtsho sngon po<\/em>), le nom mongol du Lac Bleu, situ\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de la ville de Xining dans l\u2019Est tib\u00e9tain. \u00c0 part eux, personne \u00e0 l\u2019horizon. Lorsqu\u2019on fait de telles pratiques, on dort g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la journ\u00e9e dans une petite tente ou un abri rocheux et on pratique de la tomb\u00e9e de la nuit jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019aube dans l\u2019obscurit\u00e9, \u00e9clair\u00e9s seulement par le clair de lune.<\/p>\n

Une nuit alors qu\u2019il \u00e9tait en train de pratiquer, mon ma\u00eetre entendit \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de lui comme des r\u00e2lements, des crissements et il sentait des mouvements autour de lui sans pouvoir en d\u00e9terminer l\u2019origine. Il ne cessa pas sa pratique pour autant. N\u00e9anmoins, plus il pratiquait, plus les mouvements et les bruits s\u2019intensifiaient. Cela devint constant jusqu\u2019au moment o\u00f9 il y e\u00fbt un cri strident dans la nuit puis\u2026 plus rien.<\/p>\n

De fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s brutale, mon ma\u00eetre sentit soudainement un choc violent dans le dos et un poids immense peser sur lui. Il s\u2019effondra face contre terre. Pendant de longues secondes de terreur, il sentit ce poids lui \u00e9craser la poitrine contre le sol en faisant pression sur son dos.<\/p>\n

Il tourna alors son esprit vers Vajrayogini et, en quelques secondes, il fut d\u00e9livr\u00e9 du formidable poids.<\/p>\n

Ce fut une des exp\u00e9riences les plus effrayantes de son existence, me dit-il alors dans la nuit noire. Et ajouta-t-il\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Toi aussi, tu conna\u00eetras de telles exp\u00e9riences\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n
