La famille Loup en vacances<\/span><\/h2>\n

Comme les pratiquants dzogch\u00e8n, les loups appr\u00e9cient la montagne\u2026 et les vacances. On imagine souvent les uns comme les autres appr\u00e9cier la solitude des grands espaces, les retraites dans les grottes et le silence peupl\u00e9 de la nuit. De plus, le yogin<\/em> du Dzogch\u00e8n comme le loup solitaire, peuvent \u00eatre craints par la population des plaines. Car le loup est souvent d\u00e9peint comme un animal dangereux et solitaire. Mais que nenni ! Il est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 surtout paisible et sociable, comme le yogin<\/em> ou la yogin\u012b<\/em> du Dzogch\u00e8n – enfin, pas toujours…<\/p>\n

Si la figure du loup solitaire effraye en Europe depuis le Moyen-\u00c2ge, il vit en fait plut\u00f4t en meute<\/em> et coop\u00e8re avec ses semblables, en une sorte de petite structure familiale solidaire. Les loups sont d\u2019une certaine fa\u00e7on \u00e0 l\u2019image des groupes de pratiquants bouddhistes et dzogch\u00e8n. Ces derniers forment la \u201ccommunaut\u00e9\u201d ou sa<\/em>\u1e45gha<\/em> (tib. \u00ab\u00a0gend\u00fcn<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0**; dge ‘dun<\/em>) ; le ma<\/em>\u1e47\u1e0dala<\/em> (tib. dkyil \u2018khor<\/em>) du guru<\/em> dans le vocabulaire du bouddhisme vajray\u0101na<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Ainsi, m\u00eame si la pratique supr\u00eame semble \u00eatre celle des yogi<\/em> et yogin\u012b<\/em> solitaires, pour la plupart d\u2019entre nous, la vie de groupe semble de mise, une vie partag\u00e9e, en communaut\u00e9. De plus, la tradition du Dzogch\u00e8n affirme qu\u2019il est n\u00e9cessaire de pratiquer avec ses conditions de vie ordinaires, y compris la famille et tous ses membres, plus ou moins aimables et aim\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Au quotidien comme en vacances, en montagne et en for\u00eat, les aspirants-pratiquants du Dzogch\u00e8n, tout comme les loups, vivent avec leurs cong\u00e9n\u00e8res \u2013 en meute, en famille \u2013, et tout ce que cela implique : \u00ab\u00a0Papa, quand est-ce qu\u2019on arrive\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0; \u00ab\u00a0J\u2019ai faim\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0; \u00ab\u00a0Maman, maman, regarde\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0; \u00ab\u00a0Non, c\u2019est \u00e0 moi (je ne veux pas partager) !\u00a0\u00bb. Dans cet environnement, c\u2019est un challenge<\/em> que de se rappeler de la nature de l\u2019esprit sans tension, et d\u2019agir ainsi toujours avec justesse\u00a0; de maintenir sa concentration focalis\u00e9e et<\/em> ouverte, et de porter sa vision sur l\u2019essentiel, sur notre nature m\u00eame \u2013 sur ce qui est au-del\u00e0 de toutes les conditions, illusoires et transitoires.<\/p>\n

Mais quel meilleur \u00ab\u00a0test\u00a0\u00bb que le quotidien dispersant et chaotique des activit\u00e9s familiales en vacances, \u00e0 l\u2019image de celui de la meute lupine : chercher \u00e0 manger, cuisiner, se nourrir et se laver, s\u2019occuper des petits comme des plus \u00e2g\u00e9s, etc.\u00a0? V\u00e9rification express<\/em>, test grandeur nature de solidit\u00e9 de l\u2019int\u00e9gration de notre pratique spirituelle dans notre quotidien.<\/p>\n

Car il faut bien l\u2019avouer, m\u00eame en vacances, il n\u2019est pas facile de maintenir sa pratique formelle dans de bonnes conditions. Ou plut\u00f4t, il n\u2019est pas facile de maintenir l\u2019essentiel, la vision<\/em> \u2013 que la vision de la nature vide et lumineuse de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 soit rappel\u00e9e, reconnue et maintenue. Le quotidien de la meute-famille, est donc un test, un miroir de notre capacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le loup comme le yogin<\/em> du Dzogch\u00e8n, entre fantasme et r\u00e9alit\u00e9, entre libert\u00e9 solitaire et vie en communaut\u00e9, figure un subtil \u00e9quilibre \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir chemin faisant. Mais, de toute fa\u00e7on, selon la vision radicale du Dzogch\u00e8n cela ne fait aucune diff\u00e9rence. Les conditions ne sont rien d\u2019autre que la manifestation naturelle de la nature primordiale. Ainsi, en solitaire ou en famille, en montagne comme \u00e0 la mer, l\u2019essence originelle du r\u00e9el n\u2019en aura jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9e. Toutefois, tout de m\u00eame\u2026 entre humain et loup\u2026 Car les traditions bouddhistes et dzogch\u00e8n insistent sur la pr\u00e9ciosit\u00e9 de la vie humaine, condition plus souhaitable que celle d\u2019un loup, m\u00eame en vacances, en famille, \u00e0 la montagne\u00a0! Quant \u00e0 celle du loup-garou\u00a0\u2013 \u00e0 mi-chemin entre humain et loup \u2013 , c\u2019est une toute autre histoire. Certainement pour une prochaine fois !<\/p>\n
