Les Termas dans le monde aujourd’hui<\/span><\/h2>\n

La tradition des termas est faite pour \u00e9voluer constamment, pour \u00ab\u00a0innover\u00a0\u00bb sans cesse en fonction des besoins diff\u00e9rents des \u00eatres au fur et \u00e0 mesure des p\u00e9riodes qui se succ\u00e8dent. C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs le principe m\u00eame de ces enseignements.<\/p>\n

De nos jours, les cycles d\u2019enseignements termas majoritairement pratiqu\u00e9s sont ceux des 18e, 19e et 20e si\u00e8cles et, parmi eux, les plus r\u00e9pandus sont s\u00fbrement ceux du Longchen Nyingthig (tib. klong chen snying thig<\/em>) red\u00e9couvert par Jigm\u00e9 Lingpa (tib. \u2018Jigs med gling pa, 1730-1798) et des Dudjom Tersar (tib. bdud ‘joms gter gsar<\/em>) red\u00e9couverts par Dudjom Lingpa (tib. Bdud ‘joms gling pa, 1835-1904).<\/p>\n

La caract\u00e9ristique des cycles contemporains<\/a> est la complexit\u00e9 de leur pratique qui correspond bien \u00e0 la complexit\u00e9 de la pens\u00e9e aujourd\u2019hui, du point de vue de la tradition de la Grande Perfection. En effet, une des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de l\u2019enseignement Dzogch\u00e8n est que, plus le temps passe par rapport aux enseignements des premiers patriarches (Prahevajra, Manjushrimitra<\/span>, Shri Singha, J\u00f1anasutra<\/span>), plus l\u2019enseignement se complexifie pour correspondre \u00e0 la vision de plus en plus complexe de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00eatre humain. En d\u2019autres termes, les premiers enseignements du Dzogch\u00e8n \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s directs et simples et les derniers red\u00e9couverts sont en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral plus graduels et complexes, exception faite des pratiques principales de la Grande Perfection, \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9nouer la fixation\u00a0\u00bb, Trekch\u00f6 (tib. khregs gcod<\/span><\/em>), et celle du \u00ab\u00a0saut imm\u00e9diat\u00a0\u00bb, Th\u00f6g\u00e4l (tib. thod rgal<\/span><\/em>).<\/p>\n

Klong chen \u2018od gsal mkha\u2019 \u2018gro snying thig<\/em>) qui, m\u00eame s\u2019il s\u2019inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 \u00ab complexe \u00bb, est beaucoup plus direct dans sa mise en pratique et les moyens mis en avant. Parfait pour nous en Occident ! Nous retrouvons d\u2019ailleurs cette simplicit\u00e9 dans certaines pratiques termas de Tert\u00f6ns contemporains comme Jamyang Khyentse Ch\u00f6kyi Lodr\u00f6 Rinpoch\u00e9 (tib. \u2018Jam dbyangs mkhyen brtse chos kyi blo gros rin po che, 1893-1959), Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoch\u00e9 (tib. Dil mgo mkhyen brtse rin po che, 1910-1991) et d\u2019autres encore.<\/p>\n

Ces enseignements termas contemporains sont largement pratiqu\u00e9s aujourd\u2019hui, principalement dans la lign\u00e9e Nyingmapa, mais \u00e9galement dans d\u2019autres traditions du monde tib\u00e9tain. Ils sont en outre largement diffus\u00e9s et pratiqu\u00e9s en Occident et tendent d\u2019ailleurs \u00e0 se diffuser de plus en plus largement.<\/p>\n

Certains Tert\u00f6ns, encore aujourd\u2019hui, red\u00e9couvrent toujours des \u00ab\u00a0mises \u00e0 jour\u00a0\u00bb des enseignements Dzogch\u00e8n enseign\u00e9s par Padmasambhava au 8e si\u00e8cle. Comme \u00e0 chaque p\u00e9riode, les pratiques red\u00e9couvertes s\u2019adaptent \u00e0 nos besoins et \u00e0 notre compr\u00e9hension du monde. Peut-\u00eatre allons-nous revenir \u00e0 des instructions plus directes, plus imm\u00e9diates, suivant en cela l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de nos conditions de vie \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle\u00a0? Peut-\u00eatre certains cycles dans un futur proche seront-ils orient\u00e9s sur l\u2019\u00e9volution des conditions de vie globales sur terre au 21e et 22e si\u00e8cles\u00a0?<\/p>\n

C\u2019est en tous les cas \u00e0 souhaiter pour le futur de la pratique de la Grande Perfection et les possibilit\u00e9s de l\u2019atteindre.<\/p>\n
