Dans ses enseignements oraux Tulku Urgyen Rinpoch\u00e9 [1]<\/strong><\/a> avait coutume de dire\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Le sa\u1e43s\u0101ra<\/span> c\u2019est l\u2019esprit tourn\u00e9 vers l’ext\u00e9rieur, perdu dans ses projections.<\/span> Le nirv\u0101\u1e47a<\/span><\/a> c\u2019est l\u2019esprit tourn\u00e9 vers l’int\u00e9rieur, reconnaissant sa propre nature.\u00a0\u00bb <\/span>Lorsque\u00a0l\u2019esprit ne voit pas sa propre nature<\/span>, il est \u00ab\u00a0tourn\u00e9 vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur\u00a0\u00bb. Il ne reconna\u00eet pas que les multiples apparences dont il fait l\u2019exp\u00e9rience sont ses propres projections. Il s\u2019identifie \u00e0 un \u00ab\u00a0moi\u00a0\u00bb factice et vit dans un univers fictif. Cette ignorance (tib. marigpa litt\u00e9ralement \u00ab\u00a0ne pas voir\u00a0\u00bb<\/span> c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire ne pas conna\u00eetre) le voue \u00e0 l\u2019errance cyclique (skt\u00a0: sa\u1e43s\u0101ra).<\/span>\u00a0\u00bb Il <\/span>erre car sans cesse en qu\u00eate de bonheur dans des objets, \u00eatres et situations d\u00e9pourvus de la substantialit\u00e9 qu\u2019il leur pr\u00eate. Cette errance ne peut \u00eatre que cyclique car elle se perp\u00e9tue ind\u00e9finiment tant que la reconnaissance de la nature n\u2019a pas eu lieu. L\u2019esprit s\u2019agite ainsi tout en demeurant prisonnier de lui-m\u00eame. R\u00e9sumons en disant que le sa\u1e43s\u0101ra, <\/span>c\u2019est <\/span>faute<\/span> de vision juste de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, s\u2019agiter<\/span> beaucoup pour aller<\/span> nulle part \u2013 comme un hamster qui court dans sa roue.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
