Dans la tradition tib\u00e9taine, une lign\u00e9e d\u2019enseignements, c\u2019est\u00a0: un ensemble sp\u00e9cifique d\u2019enseignements (oraux et \u00e9crits) regroupant des instructions Mah\u0101y\u0101na, Vajray\u0101na et Dzogch\u00e8n (ou Mah\u0101mudra)\u00a0; des d\u00e9tenteurs desdits enseignements\u00a0; des \u00e9tudiants\u00a0; et un ou plusieurs lieux o\u00f9 les trois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents peuvent \u00eatre abrit\u00e9s ensembles.<\/p>\n

Les lieux, r\u00e9ceptacles physiques de l\u2019activit\u00e9 des lign\u00e9es peuvent poss\u00e9der des caract\u00e9ristiques particuli\u00e8res\u00a0: une montagne \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re et au-dessus, une rivi\u00e8re devant en contrebas, etc. Cet endroit doit donc poss\u00e9der des caract\u00e8res remarquables qui l\u2019isolent du reste du paysage et le transforment en un ma\u1e47\u1e0dala<\/em> (tib. dkyil \u2018khor<\/em>) de l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e9veill\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Certains lieux \u00e9voluent en de grands ensembles monastiques comme Samy\u00e9 (tib. bsam yas<\/em>), S\u00e9ra (tib. se ra dgon pa<\/em>) ou Laroung Gar (tib. bla rung sgar<\/em>)\u00a0; tandis que d\u2019autres sont de grands ensembles d\u2019ermitages comme Drak Yerpa (tib. brag yer pa<\/em>) ou la montagne au-dessus du monast\u00e8re de Samy\u00e9, Chimphou (tib. mchims phu<\/em>)\u00a0; ou d\u2019autres encore sont des endroits cach\u00e9s, \u00ab\u00a0confidentiels\u00a0\u00bb dirait-on maintenant dans le monde de l\u2019industrie h\u00f4teli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Cette derni\u00e8re cat\u00e9gorie de \u00ab\u00a0lieux des lign\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb est peut-\u00eatre plus en lien avec la pratique Dzogch\u00e8n, qui est une pratique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e au monde \u00ab\u00a0tel qu\u2019il est\u00a0\u00bb. Il n\u2019y a donc pas une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de transformer ou d\u2019am\u00e9nager le paysage pour le transformer en lieu consacr\u00e9. La cons\u00e9cration (tib. rab gnas<\/em>) est naturelle et se pratique l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le ma\u00eetre et l\u2019enseignement sont. C\u2019est ainsi que beaucoup enseignent le Dzogch\u00e8n l\u00e0 o\u00f9 ils sont, dans leur lieu de vie.<\/p>\n

C\u2019\u00e9tait le cas de mon ma\u00eetre, Aleur Chort\u00e8n (tib. a lags mchod rten<\/em>), qui a v\u00e9cu les vingt derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de sa vie \u00e0 Diebu (prononcer \u201cDi\u00e9bou\u201d, ou encore \u201cTh\u00e9wo\u201d, tib. the bo rdzong<\/em>), dans l\u2019Est tib\u00e9tain, dans une maison temple \u2013 le temple n\u2019\u00e9tant pas visible de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur \u2013 qui \u00e9tait devenue un lieu de p\u00e8lerinage et un centre spirituel pour la population tib\u00e9taine locale et pour toutes celles et ceux qui avaient un lien avec lui. La lign\u00e9e de mon ma\u00eetre a fini par devenir connue comme \u00ab\u00a0la lign\u00e9e de Di\u00e9bou\u00a0\u00bb et porte encore ce nom aujourd\u2019hui, m\u00eame si elle se r\u00e9pand \u00e9galement d\u00e9sormais sous d\u2019autres cieux, notamment dans un lieu appel\u00e9 \u201cLa Sauvet\u00e9<\/a>\u201d dans les Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es fran\u00e7aises.<\/p>\n

Comme dans l\u2019ensemble du monde tib\u00e9tain, c\u2019est le ma\u00eetre, la pr\u00e9sence vivante de la lign\u00e9e, qui fait le lieu et non l\u2019inverse.<\/p>\n
