Le premier jour<\/h2>\n

Dans la tradition tib\u00e9taine, comme d\u2019ailleurs dans d\u2019autres pays asiatiques te<\/span>l le Japon, le premier jour de la nouvelle ann\u00e9e est r\u00e9serv\u00e9 au rappel du \u201csacr\u00e9<\/span>\u201d comme au renforcement des liens avec les proches. On se met sur son trente-et-un (ou plut\u00f4t sur son premier de l\u2019an) et on va en famille au temple (tib. lha khang<\/span>, litt\u00e9ralement \u00ab\u00a0la maison des dieux\u00a0\u00bb), on br\u00fble de l\u2019encens (tib. spos<\/span>, prononcer p\u00f6) ou du gen\u00e9vrier (tib. bsang<\/span>, prononcer sangue) comme offrandes aux protecteurs du sol, on fait des offrandes mat\u00e9rielles \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 monastique, on effectue des prosternations et on r\u00e9cite des pri\u00e8res devant les statues des \u00eatres d\u2019\u00e9veil.<\/p>\n

La premi\u00e8re action de l\u2019ann\u00e9e est joyeusement tourn\u00e9e vers l\u2019essentiel et cette intention premi\u00e8re nous rappelle que nous ne sommes que de passage sur les terres gel\u00e9es tib\u00e9taines et que notre but ultime n\u2019est pas situ\u00e9 dans cette vie m\u00eame, mais va bien au-del\u00e0, vers la lib\u00e9ration du cycle de la souffrance de toutes les existences. Ainsi, se tourner vers les Bouddhas, Bodhisattvas et tous les \u00eatres d\u2019\u00e9veil en ce premier jour de l\u2019ann\u00e9e est un rappel de la premi\u00e8re motivation de l\u2019existence et une invitation \u00e0 ne jamais s\u2019arr\u00eater tant que l\u2019\u00e9veil sublime n\u2019est pas atteint. Il permet \u00e9galement de se relier \u00e0 notre v\u00e9ritable nature\u00a0: lorsque nous tournons notre regard vers les \u00eatres d\u2019\u00e9veil, cela nous permet de nous rappeler ce que nous sommes r\u00e9ellement, m\u00eame si nous l\u2019avons oubli\u00e9.<\/p>\n
