Les ciels d\u2019hiver sont propices \u00e0 admirer la f\u00e9\u00e9rie constante qui se d\u00e9roule sous nos yeux. Pour peu qu\u2019on veuille bien faire \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019effort\u00a0\u00bb de les lever\u00a0!<\/p>\n

Contempler la vo\u00fbte c\u00e9leste nous propulse dans un autre monde, une autre r\u00e9alit\u00e9, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus vaste, plus spacieuse que notre existence quotidienne. Embrassant le ciel en un regard, nous pouvons alors prendre conscience que nous sommes bien plus que la somme de nos actions du jour.<\/p>\n

Quel spectacle incroyable\u00a0! Le clignotement de la lumi\u00e8re des \u00e9toiles (tib. skar ma\u2019i \u2018od<\/em>, prononcer karm\u00e4 \u00f6) perce les t\u00e9n\u00e8bres de l\u2019espace et lui donne vie. Le ballet des constellations (tib. skar ma’i chags stangs<\/em>, prononcer karm\u00e4 tchagtang) se d\u00e9ploie sans fin de la tomb\u00e9e de la nuit au lever du jour, nuit apr\u00e8s nuit. On s\u2019aper\u00e7oit que ce que l\u2019on appelle \u00ab\u00a0t\u00e9n\u00e8bres\u00a0\u00bb est en fait rempli de vie et de mouvement.<\/p>\n

D\u00e8s qu\u2019on pense \u00e0 lever la t\u00eate, on r\u00e9alise \u00e0 nouveau que l\u2019on fait partie d\u2019une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 bien plus belle, bien plus essentielle que ce que l\u2019on croit habituellement. D\u2019ailleurs, certaines pratiques que l\u2019on fait lors de temps de retraite dans cette tradition, nous permettent \u00ab\u00a0d\u2019utiliser\u00a0\u00bb la lumi\u00e8re des \u00e9toiles pour reconna\u00eetre celle de notre esprit. Je dois l\u2019avouer, ce sont les pratiques que j\u2019ai le plus aim\u00e9 pratiquer lors de ces temps-l\u00e0. Sortir et s\u2019asseoir devant la porte de son ermitage et assister au lever des \u00e9toiles jusqu\u2019\u00e0 leur coucher, comme les bergers, est une exp\u00e9rience extraordinaire. Assister \u00e0 la danse sans fin du clignotement naturel de l\u2019espace de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est compl\u00e8tement au-del\u00e0 des mots. Et surtout, r\u00e9aliser que tout cela se passe au sein de notre propre esprit permet de se dire\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0je ne suis pas (que) mon quotidien p\u00e9nible\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Alors, en ces nuits les plus longues de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, je nous souhaite \u00e0 toutes et tous de pouvoir nous arr\u00eater quelques minutes et de simplement contempler la vo\u00fbte \u00e9toil\u00e9e de notre propre esprit. Pour nous rappeler ce que nous sommes vraiment.<\/p>\n
