J\u2019\u00e9tais, je suis, je serai\u2026 Nous nous rappelons tous de ces le\u00e7ons de conjugaison apprises \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole\u2026 Petits, nous d\u00e9couvrons le temps, de mani\u00e8re lin\u00e9aire. Nous comprenons, en grandissant, que tout a un d\u00e9but, un milieu et une fin.\u00a0Et toute notre existence, ensuite, nous conjuguons notre vie\u00a0: j\u2019ai fait, je fais et je ferai\u00a0; j\u2019ai poss\u00e9d\u00e9, je poss\u00e8de, je poss\u00e9derai\u00a0; j\u2019ai aim\u00e9, j\u2019aime, j\u2019aimerai\u2026<\/p>\n

Pass\u00e9, pr\u00e9sent, futur, sont les trois temps selon lesquels nous appr\u00e9hendons toute notre r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Trois temps, distincts, qui semblent bien tangibles dans notre exp\u00e9rience\u2026 Mais existent-ils vraiment\u00a0?<\/p>\n

Le pass\u00e9, c\u2019est ce qui n\u2019est plus. C\u2019est aussi tout ce que l\u2019on regarde derri\u00e8re nous, ce sont nos souvenirs ainsi que les pens\u00e9es et les \u00e9motions qui y sont li\u00e9es, joie, tristesse ou regrets. Il n\u2019existe plus et pourtant, il existe encore pour nous.<\/p>\n

Le futur, c\u2019est ce qui n\u2019est pas encore. C\u2019est aussi tout ce que l\u2019on regarde devant nous, ce sont nos projections ainsi que les pens\u00e9es et les \u00e9motions qui y sont li\u00e9es, espoir, peur ou angoisse.\u00a0 Il n\u2019existe pas encore et pourtant, il existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 pour nous.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9sent c\u2019est ce que nous vivons. On pourrait dire qu\u2019il existe mais, en fait, il nous file sans cesse entre les doigts, puisqu\u2019il dispara\u00eet \u00e0 chaque instant. Et comme il dispara\u00eet \u00e0 chaque instant, il est \u00e0 la fois pass\u00e9 et futur. Aussi, selon le souvenir du pass\u00e9 et la projection du futur, et les \u00e9motions et pens\u00e9es qui y sont associ\u00e9es, le pr\u00e9sent devient bonheur ou souffrance.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Pass\u00e9, pr\u00e9sent, futur n\u2019existent pas par eux-m\u00eames puisqu\u2019ils sont d\u00e9finis par nos projections et sont donc illusoires. Ces trois temps, que nous apprenons \u00e0 conjuguer depuis notre enfance, sont en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des concepts, d\u00e9termin\u00e9s par la mani\u00e8re dont on les pense, dont on les nomme et dont on les vit.<\/p>\n

Si, depuis notre naissance, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, pour nous, s\u2019inscrit dans ces trois temps, la tradition de la Grande Perfection, elle, parle d\u2019un quatri\u00e8me temps.<\/em> Ce quatri\u00e8me temps<\/em> est celui du temps sans projection, quand le concept des trois temps s\u2019effondre lors des \u00e9tats d\u2019absorption m\u00e9ditative. C\u2019est l\u2019aspect naturel du temps, qui est toujours pr\u00e9sent, inconditionn\u00e9. Celui de l\u2019\u00e9tat de contemplation.<\/p>\n

Est-ce un concept \u00e9galement\u00a0? Oui, selon le Dzogch\u00e8n. Car les trois temps ou le quatri\u00e8me temps<\/em> ne sont pas diff\u00e9rents de par leur nature. Seule la sph\u00e8re au sein de laquelle ils sont exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s en change leur perception\u00a0: sph\u00e8re karmique, celle de la projection dans le devenir, et ce sont les trois temps qui se d\u00e9ploient\u00a0; sph\u00e8re primordiale, et les trois temps s\u2019absorbent dans l\u2019aspect naturel du temps, \u00e0 la fois tous les temps, et au-del\u00e0 du temps.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Pass\u00e9, pr\u00e9sent, futur, quatri\u00e8me temps<\/span><\/em>, les quatre en m\u00eame temps, ni les uns, ni les autres\u2026<\/span> quand le concept du temps dispara\u00eet, le concept m\u00eame d\u2019existence s\u2019\u00e9vanouit\u2026 et l\u2019infini s\u2019ouvre, au-del\u00e0 de toute imagination.<\/p>\n
