A l\u2019entr\u00e9e de la plage, une pancarte interdit la baignade pour cause d\u2019algues vertes. Dans le ciel, des avions passent sans cesse, laissant leurs tra\u00een\u00e9es blanches comme des marbrures z\u00e9br\u00e9es. La temp\u00e9rature grimpe.<\/p>\n

Au loin, un orage gronde sans jamais \u00e9clater. Une brume tropicale envahit l\u2019espace comme un \u00e9cran de fum\u00e9e. Les abeilles ont quitt\u00e9 les fleurs du bord de mer. Au fond de l\u2019oc\u00e9an, les coraux perdent leurs couleurs. La temp\u00e9rature grimpe.<\/p>\n

Mar\u00e9e montante, mar\u00e9e descendante\u2026 C\u2019est le cycle naturel, immuable \u00e9mergence et dissolution, m\u00fb par la force du soleil et de la lune, astres de sa dynamique. Car oui, pendant un instant, nous l\u2019avons oubli\u00e9\u00a0: le mouvement est un cycle naturel. Et si les mouvements du monde et les mouvements de nos sensations, pens\u00e9es et \u00e9motions se confondent, c\u2019est qu\u2019ils sont de m\u00eame essence et de m\u00eame nature. Les uns sont les reflets des autres, eux-m\u00eames jaillissement de la base primordiale, cycle naturel de l\u2019esprit.<\/p>\n

Si tout est mouvement, alors comment ne plus tanguer\u00a0?\u00a0Revenir \u00e0 la base primordiale, nous dit la tradition, reconna\u00eetre dans chaque mouvement externe, l\u2019expression dynamique de notre esprit, son pouvoir de manifestation (rtsal),<\/em> telle la force de la lune et du soleil qui rythment les mar\u00e9es. Observer le c\u0153ur calme de la vague. L\u2019eau se retire peu \u00e0 peu. Dans la fra\u00eecheur humide du sable mouill\u00e9, un crabe vient pincer notre orteil et d\u00e9clenche en nous un petit rire de surprise. A la place du ch\u00e2teau de sable, une multitude de coquillages se d\u00e9voilent sous les yeux du jeune enfant. Une coquille de nacre refl\u00e8te un \u00e9clat de lumi\u00e8re dissipant toute pens\u00e9e, toute sensation, toute \u00e9motion. L\u2019oc\u00e9an int\u00e9rieur se calme. Le ciel se d\u00e9gage. Pieds camp\u00e9s, esprit clair, dans la dynamique vide de la nature primordiale (gdangs)<\/em>.<\/p>\n
