\u00ab Une vie non examin\u00e9e ne vaut pas la peine d\u2019\u00eatre v\u00e9cue \u00bb disait Socrate. Je vous rassure tout de suite il ne s\u2019agit pas l\u00e0 du d\u00e9but d\u2019une dissertation de philosophie – m\u00eame si c\u2019est de saison (en France) ! Par contre, l\u2019on peut dire qu\u2019une vie non examin\u00e9e a de fortes chances de para\u00eetre l\u2019alpha et l\u2019om\u00e9ga de notre r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Notre origine (avant la naissance) comme notre destination (apr\u00e8s la mort) sont des myst\u00e8res. Autant ne pas s\u2019en pr\u00e9occuper. On n\u2019en sait rien. Il n\u2019y a rien \u00e0 en savoir. Ce n\u2019est rien. Ce qui existe par contre c\u2019est cette vie. Elle pr\u00e9sente un ordre et des r\u00e9gularit\u00e9s pr\u00e9visibles. Le jeudi c\u2019est choucroute, le voisin est sympathique m\u00eame s\u2019il met sa radio un peu trop fort, et la pression fiscale sur les classes moyennes est d\u00e9cid\u00e9ment trop forte, non ? Ainsi je sais exactement qui je suis. Je peux me r\u00eaver identique \u00e0 moi-m\u00eame d\u2019instant en instant car je m\u2019inscris dans un cosmos. Ce terme grec signifie un univers en bon ordre, bien arrang\u00e9 et coh\u00e9rent.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201c\u00c0 chacun de ces moments de transition ce qui \u00e9tait construit et semblait la plus r\u00e9elles des choses se d\u00e9fait naturellement. \u00c0 ce moment, notre nature vide et lumineuse rayonne et peut \u00eatre reconnue.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Croire dur comme fer en sa solidit\u00e9 est un excellent moyen de tenir \u00e0 distance la vue du Dzogch\u00e8n. \u00c0 conseiller chaleureusement \u00e0 qui voudrait s\u2019en pr\u00e9munir\u00a0! C\u2019est le meilleur moyen de perp\u00e9tuer notre adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 notre vision karmique, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la mani\u00e8re dont nos tendances habituelles mod\u00e8lent notre \u201cr\u00e9alit\u00e9\u201d. Pour celles et ceux qui consid\u00e8rent celle-ci comme une prison, il y a des opportunit\u00e9s de s\u2019en lib\u00e9rer. Elles prennent l\u2019aspect d\u00e9routant d\u2019un chaos. Ce terme d\u00e9signe dans les cosmogonies traditionnelles ce qui existe avant ou apr\u00e8s un cosmos. On pourrait le traduire par \u201cfaille\u201d ou \u201cb\u00e9ance\u201d. L\u2019ordre a disparu et l\u2019ouverture est donc sans limite. Ce chaos peut prendre mille formes dans nos vies pour les r\u00e9veiller. Tout allait bien. Mais l\u00e0\u2026. Plus rien ne marche comme pr\u00e9vu, comme voulu, comme \u00e7a devrait.<\/p>\n

Le train n\u2019arrive pas. On ne se comprend plus. On ne s\u2019entend plus. On va se quitter. Une panne d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 paralyse cette partie du pays. Je ne sais plus quoi faire avec la disparition de ma voiture que je suis s\u00fbr d\u2019avoir gar\u00e9e l\u00e0. Les amis qui devaient m\u2019aider ont disparu dans une nuit sans \u00e9toile. Un singe m\u2019a vol\u00e9 mon passeport et – apr\u00e8s l\u2019avoir \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 d\u00e9vor\u00e9 – s\u2019en sert pour s\u2019essuyer l\u2019arri\u00e8re-train. Les fronti\u00e8res sont ferm\u00e9es suite \u00e0 un accident nucl\u00e9aire. Les extra-terrestres arrivent et ils ne correspondent pas du tout \u00e0 leur description par le new-age (ou alors leur fa\u00e7on de propager une nouvelle conscience cosmique est vraiment beaucoup trop agressive). On pourrait multiplier la liste des sc\u00e9narios catastrophes auxquels nous sommes confront\u00e9s. Ils ont en commun la rupture. Nos habitudes sont fractur\u00e9es. Nos anticipations sont d\u00e9menties. Le chaos nous laisse KO.<\/p>\n

Pour le Dzogch\u00e8n c\u2019est une bonne nouvelle\u00a0! Il y a en effet dans ces conditions externes difficiles, une possibilit\u00e9 de lib\u00e9ration. Pour cette tradition, la vie et la mort (les vies et les morts) sont vues comme la succession de six \u00e9tats interm\u00e9diaires (tib. bar do<\/em>). Nous avons parl\u00e9 jusqu\u2019ici de l\u2019\u00e9tat interm\u00e9diaire de la naissance \u00e0 la mort (tib. skye shi\u2019i bar do<\/em>). Celui-ci est travers\u00e9 par deux autres bardos celui du r\u00eave (tib. rmi lam bar do<\/em>)\u00a0 et celui de la m\u00e9ditation (tib. gsam gtan bar do<\/em>). Il est suivi de l\u2019\u00e9tat interm\u00e9diaire du moment de la mort (tib. \u2018chi kha\u2019i bar do<\/em>) lequel est suivi de l\u2019\u00e9tat interm\u00e9diaire de la R\u00e9alit\u00e9 des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes (tib. chos nyid bar do<\/em>) puis de l\u2019\u00e9tat interm\u00e9diaire du lieu de naissance (tib. rang bzhin skye gnas bar do<\/em>) et c\u2019est reparti pour une nouvelle vie.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 chacun de ces moments de transition, ce qui \u00e9tait construit et semblait la plus r\u00e9elle des choses se d\u00e9fait naturellement. \u00c0 ce moment, notre nature vide et lumineuse rayonne et peut \u00eatre reconnue. On peut en avoir une vision directe. Par exemple en \u00e9tant conscient lorsque nous entrons et sortons de l\u2019espace des r\u00eaves (si nous sommes assez lucides pour cela). C\u2019est aussi le point central de la m\u00e9ditation\u00a0: ne plus r\u00e9ifier les apparences de cette vie mais reconna\u00eetre leur nature. Les petits et grands chaos de notre existence, qu\u2019ils nous laissent KO ou non, peuvent aussi offrir des perc\u00e9es dans nos constructions mentales habituelles. Cela peut \u00eatre inconfortable voire douloureux, mais lors de ces moments-l\u00e0 la solidit\u00e9 de nos saisies habituelles est suspendue. Ce \u00e0 quoi on se cramponne habituellement \u2013 notre tasse favorite (cass\u00e9e), notre conjoint (divorc\u00e9) ou notre environnement familier (d\u00e9truit) \u2013 se d\u00e9robe \u00e0 nous et la v\u00e9ritable nature de notre esprit peut \u00eatre reconnue plus clairement. Si on s\u2019est entra\u00een\u00e9 \u00e0 cela.<\/p>\n

Le tantra du filet d’illusion<\/em> (skt. Guhyagarbha tantra, tib. rgyud gsang ba’i snying po<\/em>) d\u00e9clare ainsi : \u00ab En un seul instant s\u00e9par\u00e9s (tib.<\/em> skad cig gcig gis bye brag phye<\/em> ) ; en un seul instant parfaits \u00e9veill\u00e9s (tib.<\/em> skad cig gcig gis rdzogs sangs rgyas<\/em> ) \u00bb[1]<\/strong>. <\/span><\/a>Soit l\u2019on ne voit dans le chaos\/bardo qu\u2019une menace terrible pour nos identifications et alors nos tendances habituelles se perp\u00e9tuent. On est alors comme s\u00e9par\u00e9 de notre nature. Ou bien il y a reconnaissance de la clart\u00e9 luminosit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la stabilisation de la Vue, de la M\u00e9ditation et de l\u2019Int\u00e9gration. La lib\u00e9ration advient. Alors on peut dire qu\u2019on est KO dehors (secou\u00e9 par les conditions externes) mais OK dedans (cette int\u00e9riorit\u00e9 \u00e9tant celle de la reconnaissance spontan\u00e9e de la nature).<\/p>\n

Pas de plus grande contribution au bien commun que de pouvoir \u00eatre ainsi un lien vivant avec cette nature insondable, immacul\u00e9e et radiante. Elle est l\u2019h\u00e9ritage naturel de tous les \u00eatres anim\u00e9s. Si on la r\u00e9alise, on offre l\u2019occasion de s\u2019y relier \u00e0 chaque personne ou animal que l\u2019on rencontre. Les grands ma\u00eetres de la lign\u00e9e du Dzogch\u00e8n rayonnent naturellement cette r\u00e9alisation et font de son partage le coeur m\u00eame de leur vie. Telle est la motivation \u00e0 la base de ce chemin.<\/p>\n
