Escape<\/span> ?<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

Most of the time I want to avoid bullying, gaslighting events in my life,<\/span>
But these unwanted events can be keys to open awareness in unconfortable situations.<\/span><\/p>\n

We try somehow to escape from the bad things of reality through spirituality<\/span>
To superimpose a comfortable rabbit hole to the movements of life.<\/span><\/p>\n

But embarking into those waves, following those ebbs and flows<\/span>
Will develop our awareness to all circumstances, without trying to select good moments to meditate and bad times you have to run away from.<\/span><\/p>\n

Is my mum sick?<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Well, never turn away<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s a good start to focus on what really matters in my relationship with her\u2026<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I open my mind to awareness<\/span><\/p>\n

my relationship with her : a lot of attachment and anger <\/em><\/span>
lying down <\/em><\/span>
on <\/em><\/span>
a true, authentical link<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Am I bullied by people in the metro?<\/span>
Well, that\u2019s a new way to look at interactions between humans\u2026<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
I open my mind to awareness<\/span><\/p>\n
human beings : always trying <\/em><\/span>
to get something from each others<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
And at the turtle\u2019s pace, opening my mind to what comes, I discover that all those events
Are not events any more, they slowly slip out of the box,<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
the box of my concepts<\/span><\/p>\n
<\/span><\/p>\n
Events are becoming occasions to open to awereness, like little exams of the everyday life,<\/span><\/p>\n
And as the turtle comes closer to the ocean, those little exams cease to be challenging, they become attractive,<\/span><\/p>\n
Like a party <\/em><\/span>
offered in your honor, celebrating <\/em><\/span>
the capacity of the mind : being luminous openness<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
<\/code><\/span><\/p>\n
Events<\/span><\/h2>\n
Events are not events, but<\/span>
The continuity of the turtle\u2019s pace to freedom of limitations.<\/span><\/p>\n
Bullies are not bullies, just<\/span>
Little leprechauns dancing in, over the play of your mind.<\/span><\/p>\n
Mum is not mum, just<\/span>
A deep link to exert the profound purpose of awareness and compassion.<\/span><\/p>\n
And even if the wind blows, the turtle will come to the great ocean.<\/span><\/p>\n
