Avec confiance, tout simplement<\/h2>\n

Si le (non-)chemin du dzogchen<\/a> se parcourt \u00e0 la Base<\/a>, que celle-ci est le r\u00e9sultat toujours d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, et que la rencontre de la Grande Perfection<\/a> est la condition indispensable pour commencer ce chemin, on est en droit de se demander\u00a0: mais comment \u00e7a marche tout \u00e7a\u00a0?<\/p>\n

Pour y r\u00e9pondre, il faudra certainement des ann\u00e9es… Alors prenons notre mal en patience\u00a0! Mais outre cette qualit\u00e9, d’autres ingr\u00e9dients seront indispensables. Il y en a un auquel je tiens toutefois beaucoup, car je crois qu’il me fait cruellement d\u00e9faut\u00a0: c’est la confiance.<\/p>\n

Vous me direz que c’est li\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9ducation, au milieu social, etc.\u00a0; qu’il faut que je travaille \u00e0 booster ma \u00ab\u00a0confiance en soi\u00a0\u00bb et que ce n’est pas le r\u00f4le d’un chemin spirituel, mais plut\u00f4t d\u2019une approche psychologique \u2013 pr\u00e9paration au chemin pr\u00e9paratoire. Soit. Mais disons que c’est bon de ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 l\u00e0. Faisons comme si en tout cas.<\/p>\n

Demeurent toutefois des questions, des doutes : est-ce bien le bon chemin pour moi\u00a0? Est-ce que je suis pr\u00eat \u00e0 commencer\u00a0? Ce ma\u00eetre, est-ce la figure du Ma\u00eetre qu’il me faut\u00a0? Et les gens autour de moi qui pratiquent, ou essaient, est-ce que je peux leur faire confiance\u00a0? Etc. etc. Et c’est sans fin… Le mental s’emballe et peut tout remettre en cause. Tout est critiquable par l’esprit conceptuel (sems<\/em>)\u00a0; c’est son job. Il est l\u00e0 pour douter, questionner, analyser. Mais comme le dit souvent Dzongsar Khyents\u00e9 Rinpoch\u00e9, si l’on raffole du jeu de notre esprit critique, il faut le pousser jusqu’au bout, ne pas s’arr\u00eater \u00e0 mi-chemin, et alors critiquer la critique elle-m\u00eame et… douter du doute<\/em>. C’est alors que pourra se d\u00e9velopper… la confiance\u00a0!<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201cDoutes et questions laissent alors place \u00e0 la confiance. La confiance certaine en la Grande Perfection elle-m\u00eame.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

La traduction habituelle du tib\u00e9tain dad pa<\/em> (prononcer \u201cd\u00e9pa\u201d, skt. \u015braddh\u0101<\/em>) est foi<\/em>. Mais la confiance<\/em> nous a sembl\u00e9 plus juste au Comit\u00e9 de traduction de Dzogchen Today!. La tradition bouddhiste parle de trois (ou quatre) types de foi ou confiance (dad pa gsum<\/em>) qui se d\u00e9veloppent progressivement sur le chemin. On est d’abord attir\u00e9, magn\u00e9tis\u00e9, fascin\u00e9 par tel ou tel aspect du Ma\u00eetre, des enseignements, des pratiques, etc.\u00a0; c’est la confiance vive (dwang ba’i dad pa<\/em>), l’\u00e9tincelle initiale. Puis se d\u00e9veloppe l’envie profonde de poursuivre ce chemin\u00a0; c’est la confiance d\u00e9sirante ou d’aspiration (‘dod pa\u2019i dad pa<\/em>) ; on souhaite ardemment continuer. Enfin, chemin faisant, on parvient \u00e0 stabiliser une confiance pleine et enti\u00e8re (yid ches kyi dad pa<\/em>), une r\u00e9elle conviction s’est faite jour. Elle devient m\u00eame irr\u00e9versible, rien ne peut plus alors la renverser (phyir mi ldog pa’i dad pa<\/em>).<\/p>\n

Bien entendu cela aura pris du temps pour passer de la complexit\u00e9 du questionnement \u00e0 la simplicit\u00e9 de la confiance. C’est souvent lentement et progressivement que le voile des doutes se dissipe, que les \u00ab\u00a0obscurcissements mentaux ou cognitifs\u00a0\u00bb (shes sgrib<\/em>) s’\u00e9vaporent. Les questions qui \u00e9taient pour nous essentielles sur le chemin (\u00ab\u00a0o\u00f9 en suis-je\u00a0? ; est-ce que je pratique correctement\u00a0? ; et le souffle, et la posture, et la visualisation\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb etc.) se sont tout simplement \u00e9vanouies. Disparues. Plus l\u00e0. Le doute s’est dissout dans sa propre nature\u00a0: la vacuit\u00e9-luminosit\u00e9 d’un \u00e9v\u00e9nement mental, sa nature essentielle dynamique. Doutes et questions laissent alors place \u00e0 la confiance. La confiance certaine en la Grande Perfection elle-m\u00eame \u2013 en le Ma\u00eetre primordial, la Base de la R\u00e9alit\u00e9, la manifestation souveraine de l’expression naturelle de l’essence vide universelle (ngo bo rang bzhin thugs rje<\/em>). Rien que \u00e7a\u00a0!<\/p>\n

C’est alors le lien<\/em> fondamental \u00e0 la nature primordiale, la nature m\u00eame de notre propre esprit qui une fois suffisamment reconnue devient notre chemin. Toutes ces traditions parlent alors de la<\/em> pratique essentielle, la pratique du c\u0153ur, \u00e0 conserver jusqu’au bout\u00a0: la pratique d’union avec l\u2019esprit (dgongs pa<\/em>) du Ma\u00eetre (skt. guru yoga<\/em>\u00a0; tib. bla ma rnal ‘byor<\/em>). Ce lien est la confiance absolue et in\u00e9branlable en l’essence vide et la nature lumineuse de toute la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Et les Trois aphorismes<\/em> de Garab Dorj\u00e9<\/a> ne disent pas autre chose\u00a0: introduction, confiance, \u201claisser-\u00eatre\u201d. Il n’y rien d’autre \u00e0 faire\u00a0: demeurer dans la d\u00e9tente naturelle (rnal du dbab pa<\/em>), l’\u00e9tat de contemplation (mnyam bzhag<\/em>). Rayonne alors, en toute confiance, l’\u00e9vidence primordiale (rig pa<\/em>).<\/p>\n
