Ce que je croyais dur comme fer il y a dix ans. La journ\u00e9e d\u2019hier. Les r\u00eaves de la nuit derni\u00e8re, si intenses mais que j\u2019ai compl\u00e8tement oubli\u00e9s. Le ciel d\u2019il y a une heure &#8211; radieux et devenu tr\u00e8s sombre. La pens\u00e9e d\u2019il y a une minute (c\u2019\u00e9tait quoi d\u00e9j\u00e0 ?). Tout cela est comme un mirage apparaissant, bien s\u00fbr, mais d\u00e9nu\u00e9 de r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<br \/>Les moments o\u00f9 nous prenons conscience de l\u2019impermanence fondent les bases de notre chemin spirituel dans une approche graduelle (commune avec le bouddhisme) du Dzogch\u00e8n. Ce sont en effet des moments de v\u00e9rit\u00e9. Ce ne sont pas juste la maison ou le ciel qui changent mais bien toutes les choses comme tous les \u00eatres. C\u2019est juste nous qui nous en rendons compte \u00e0 un moment pr\u00e9cis parce que \u2013 pour des raisons myst\u00e9rieuses \u2013 cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 omnipr\u00e9sente est venue nous toucher personnellement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #bf9e77;\">\u00a0\u201cChaque moment de distraction est l\u2019occasion d\u2019un retour \u00e0 la contemplation de l\u2018essence de l\u2019esprit. Sans cela, nous nous enferrons dans le d\u00e9ni et inventons des entit\u00e9s \u00e0 la permanence factice. Nous nous identifions \u00e0 l\u2019image d\u2019un \u00ab moi \u00bb substantiel restant identique \u00e0 lui-m\u00eame en d\u00e9pit de tous les changements et de toutes les preuves constantes de son insubstantialit\u00e9. Nous inventons un monde aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s stables et d\u00e9finitives qui sont toujours \u00e0 r\u00e9inventer tant il est fondamentalement instable. Bref, \u00ab Tromp\u00e9s par toutes sortes d\u2019apparences, \u00e0 l\u2019image du reflet de la lune sur l\u2019eau, les \u00eatres sensibles errent le long de la cha\u00eene de l\u2019existence sams\u0101rique. \u00bb <a href=\"https:\/\/dzogchentoday.org\/?p=64543&amp;preview=true#down\"><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/a> Lors des moments comme ceux qui viennent d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9voqu\u00e9s plus haut, dans la pratique ou lors d\u2019enseignements, tout cela est l\u2019\u00e9vidence m\u00eame. Cette distraction nous ram\u00e8ne \u00e0 nos constructions fictives et donc \u00e0 l\u2019errance, car elles ne correspondent \u00e0 rien de r\u00e9el. Telle est l\u2019inconstance d\u2019un esprit qui n\u2019a pas encore pleinement stabilis\u00e9 la reconnaissance de sa propre nature : son acc\u00e8s \u00e0 celle-ci est impermanent tant le poids des habituations karmiques est pr\u00e9gnant. Telle est l\u2019infinie cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 de l\u2019esprit qui peut aussi bien reconna\u00eetre sa nature que la perdre de vue : <span>\u00ab\u00a0Vaste espace matriciel apparu de lui-m\u00eame, inexprimable, o\u00f9 il n&#8217;y a ni notion d\u2019errance cyclique ni de son au-del\u00e0. Quand il est connu, c\u2019est la pl\u00e9nitude du pur \u00c9veil, quand il n&#8217;est pas connu, c&#8217;est l&#8217;errance dans le cycle de l&#8217;\u00eatre ordinaire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/dzogchentoday.org\/?p=64543&amp;preview=true#down\"><strong>[3]<\/strong><\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0C\u2019est donc soit un mouvement perp\u00e9tuel car inquiet, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire ne trouvant jamais la qui\u00e9tude dont il est toujours en qu\u00eate\u00a0; soit le quatri\u00e8me temps \u2013 l\u2019au-del\u00e0 du temps. D\u2019o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019un rappel. D\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019urgence de revenir \u00e0 ce qui ne nous a jamais quitt\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La tradition du Dzogch\u00e8n parle de ce processus en termes de pouvoir de manifestation de l\u2019esprit (<em>rtsal<\/em>) qui rayonne (<em>rol<\/em>) sous la forme des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes multiples, chatoyants et insaisissables de notre exp\u00e9rience (<em>rgyan)<\/em>. Ces ornements sont, pour une ou un pratiquant du Dzogch\u00e8n qui a appris \u00e0 les reconna\u00eetre directement, l\u2019expression m\u00eame de la nature immuable de l\u2019esprit. Que cette expression soit diverse n\u2019est plus une cause de confusion car la source est reconnue comme \u00e9tant toujours la m\u00eame. On peut ici parler d\u2019int\u00e9gration dans le sens le plus profond. Chaque moment de distraction est l\u2019occasion d\u2019un retour \u00e0 la contemplation de l\u2018essence de l\u2019esprit. Tout est clair, vif et frais. Chaque seconde est un pr\u00e9sent \u00e9ternel &#8211; hors du temps.
