L\u2019avantage de la Grande Perfection, c\u2019est qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas besoin d\u2019aller la chercher ailleurs que l\u00e0 o\u00f9 est notre esprit. M\u00eame si la plupart du temps, on ne sait pas ce qu\u2019il est vraiment, ce n\u2019est pas un probl\u00e8me : on peut \u00eatre fan d\u2019Indiana Jones et tenter tant bien que mal d\u2019arpenter le chemin du Dzogch\u00e8n.<\/p>\n

Lorsque j\u2019ai rencontr\u00e9 la Grande Perfection, qui avait l\u2019apparence d\u2019un \u00eatre humain, fran\u00e7ais de surcro\u00eet, je me suis senti comme un chien fou\u00a0: partir \u00e0 l\u2019aventure avec un but pr\u00e9cis, voil\u00e0 ce dont j\u2019avais toujours r\u00eav\u00e9\u00a0!<\/p>\n

J\u2019\u00e9tais comme Demi Lune qui allait bient\u00f4t se retrouver dans la jungle indienne avec le Professeur Jones suite au crash de leur avion. Pas compl\u00e8tement rassur\u00e9, mais pr\u00eat \u00e0 aller au bout du monde (et surtout \u00e0 se sortir du p\u00e9trin) avec un enthousiasme parfois un peu trop d\u00e9bordant .<\/p>\n

D\u2019ailleurs, ne fallait-il pas aller arpenter l\u2019Himalaya, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la tradition a pris racine au 8\u00e8me si\u00e8cle\u00a0? S\u2019approprier la culture tib\u00e9taine (ou ladakhi, n\u00e9palaise, bhoutanaise) pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr.e de m\u00e9diter correctement\u00a0? Comprendre tout ce chatoiement de tentures, d\u2019habits et de rituels, pour les imiter au mieux\u00a0?<\/p>\n

Cette touche d\u2019exotisme m\u2019a fascin\u00e9 un temps \u2013 en v\u00e9rit\u00e9, pas tr\u00e8s long. J\u2019ai assez vite r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que tout cela \u00e9tait peut-\u00eatre attirant, mais que \u00e7a n\u2019avait pas grand-chose \u00e0 voir avec la Grande Perfection, car celle-ci se pratique avec notre propre esprit et les instructions du ma\u00eetre. Nul besoin d\u2019autre chose, si ce n\u2019est quelques qualit\u00e9s de base\u00a0qui se d\u00e9veloppent avec la Vue sur le chemin\u00a0: diligence, patience, pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance, patience, compassion, patience, vigilance, patience, force, patience\u2026<\/p>\n

Donc, sans d\u00e9penser un penny en mat\u00e9riel ou en billets d\u2019avion, on s\u2019embarque sur le fr\u00eale canot pneumatique qu\u2019est notre esprit. Perdu dans la jungle des conditionnements habituels (un caf\u00e9 pour se r\u00e9veiller), de la pression sociale (les enfants c\u2019est la vie) et de la vision de l\u2019existence de notre entourage (carri\u00e8re-propri\u00e9taire), on descend la rivi\u00e8re tant bien que mal, sans vraiment savoir o\u00f9 on va. \u00c7a chahute, pour s\u00fbr.<\/p>\n

Au d\u00e9but la rivi\u00e8re nous porte, nous n\u2019en avons aucune ma\u00eetrise et nous restons concentr\u00e9s sur notre ignorance de la navigation\u00a0: on d\u00e9couvre un monde de sensations, de pens\u00e9es et d\u2019\u00e9motions d\u2019une richesse infinie et effrayante. Puis petit \u00e0 petit, avec l\u2019apaisement mental, nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 lever la t\u00eate et \u00e0 observer le paysage. Autour de nous d\u00e9filent \u00e9galement une foultitude d\u2019apparences qu\u2019il est bon de regarder (y compris les crocodiles qui d\u00e9rivent \u00e0 nos c\u00f4t\u00e9s et qui n\u2019attendent qu\u2019une chose). Cela dure un temps puis, comme tout, nous nous en lassons. Alors, avec la concentration solidement \u00e9tablie, ces apparences disparaissent pour laisser place \u00e0 leur nature v\u00e9ritable.<\/p>\n

L\u00e0 commence la vision p\u00e9n\u00e9trante. Si nous sommes excit\u00e9s par cette nouvelle d\u00e9couverte, le canot vibre et les rapides menacent de nous faire chavirer. Avec dans le c\u0153ur les paroles du ma\u00eetre, nous laissons aller et le flot de l\u2019\u00e9tat naturel se fait jour.<\/p>\n

Lentement, dans le quotidien<\/a> comme sur le coussin ou la chaise, nous nous familiarisons avec la perception directe (pense-t-on) de la nature de l\u2019esprit.<\/p>\n

Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019un choc nous propulse dans la rivi\u00e8re\u00a0: le pneumatique qu\u2019est notre esprit vient d\u2019\u00e9clater contre le tronc de la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction des Seigneurs de l\u2019\u00e9vidence primordiale.<\/p>\n

Notre esprit, devenu si cher \u00e0 notre c\u0153ur au fil des ann\u00e9es, n\u2019est plus l\u00e0. Mieux : il ne l\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Nous nous retrouvons nus, et mouill\u00e9s, par l\u2019exp\u00e9rience fondamentale. M\u00eame les crocodiles ont disparu.<\/p>\n

Un autre entrainement d\u00e9marre alors, avec l\u2019exact m\u00eame go\u00fbt d\u2019aventure que le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Car en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, c\u2019est toujours la m\u00eame chose qui se poursuit\u00a0: soit les tendances karmiques fondamentales, soit la nature primordiale.<\/p>\n

Sur ce chemin essentiel, nous comprenons qu\u2019aventure, rivi\u00e8re, radeau, jungle et crocro n\u2019ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 ailleurs qu\u2019au sein de notre esprit, qui n\u2019est autre que la sph\u00e8re unique<\/a>.<\/p>\n
