et pas m\u00eame conceptualiser le \u00ab pr\u00e9sent\u00a0\u00bb. Ce sont des instructions essentielles, tr\u00e8s simples car profondes, simples donc pas si faciles \u00e0 int\u00e9grer.<\/p>\n<p>Car combien de temps passe-t-on chaque jour \u00e0 anticiper l&#8217;avenir ou \u00e0 se rem\u00e9morer le pass\u00e9\u00a0 ? Pas forc\u00e9ment tr\u00e8s loin \u2013 comme la fin du capitalisme ou l&#8217;origine du feu \u2013 mais ce qui vient de se passer, il y a quelques minutes, ou ce qui va arriver, dans quelques heures. Prenons le temps d&#8217;observer cela. On pourra alors en d\u00e9duire combien de temps nous passons r\u00e9ellement <em>au pr\u00e9sent<\/em> \u2013 pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 l&#8217;instant, l\u00e0, maintenant. Et dans ces traditions, hors du pr\u00e9sent, nul cheminement.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque l&#8217;on s&#8217;engage sur un \u00ab\u00a0chemin spirituel \u00bb, une mani\u00e8re de vivre toute particuli\u00e8re, il s&#8217;agit bien de partir de l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l&#8217;on est \u2013 point A \u2013, pour arriver \u00e0 un autre \u00e9tat \u2013 point B \u2013, et ce, parce que A ne nous satisfait pas. On cherche donc \u00e0 le transformer en rejetant ce qui nous d\u00e9range et recherchant ce dont nous pensons avoir besoin. Nous avons donc l&#8217;impression qu&#8217;il nous faut parcourir une certaine distance entre ce que nous sommes et ce que nous pensons devoir \u00eatre \u2013 pour \u00eatre heureux, joyeux, \u00e9veill\u00e9, qui sait. Il y a donc du temps qui doit passer&#8230; Il y a un avant, et un apr\u00e8s. Mais est-ce bien en courant vers l&#8217;apr\u00e8s pour s&#8217;\u00e9loigner de l&#8217;avant que nous y parvenons\u00a0? Car il semble que le but soit alors \u00e0 jamais repouss\u00e9. Ce serait la perspective graduelle des v\u00e9hicules bouddhistes. Mais non, selon la Grande Perfection. Dans sa forme radicale, l&#8217;\u00e9veil n&#8217;est nul par ailleurs qu&#8217;ici et maintenant, tout de suite, ici, l\u00e0 \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/dzogchentoday.org\/fr\/un-lieu-sphere-unique\/\">sans pour autant n&#8217;avoir aucun lieu : la sph\u00e8re unique<\/a>, comme la nomme la tradition. Nulle part ailleurs o\u00f9 chercher, car cela ne pourrait que nous en d\u00e9tourner.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, chaque instant de pratique, <a href=\"https:\/\/dzogchentoday.org\/fr\/un-bosquet-paisible-parseme-de-fleurs\/\">formelle sur son coussin<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/dzogchentoday.org\/fr\/limportance-du-quotidien\/\">dans nos activit\u00e9s quotidiennes<\/a>, est une porte sur l&#8217;\u00e9veil \u2013 une voie d&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la Grande Perfection. Il n&#8217;y a qu&#8217;au pr\u00e9sent qu&#8217;elle nous est accessible. Elle est toujours l\u00e0, \u00e0 nous attendre sans attendre.
