Une des expressions les plus courantes lorsque l\u2019on parle de la Grande Perfection est de la d\u00e9terminer comme \u00ab\u00a0Base, chemin et fruit\u00a0\u00bb (tib.\u00a0: gzhi lam \u2018bras bu<\/em>). Ces trois-l\u00e0, comme \u00ab\u00a0Vue, m\u00e9ditation et int\u00e9gration\u00a0\u00bb (tib.\u00a0: lta sgom spyos gsum<\/em>) ne peuvent \u00eatre s\u00e9par\u00e9s. La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du chemin, de la pratique de la Grande Perfection, ne peut donc pas exister sans la vue, la base, et le fruit, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire le r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n

Comme le dit Jigm\u00e9 Lingpa<\/a>, dans La pri\u00e8re de la Base, du chemin et du fruit<\/em> dans L\u2019Essence du c\u0153ur du grand espace matriciel<\/em> (tib.\u00a0: kLong chen sNying thig)\u00a0:<\/p>\n

Puisque c\u2019est pur depuis le d\u00e9but, m\u00eame le terme \u00ab vue \u00bb n’existe pas.<\/em><\/p>\n

Puisque c\u2019est l’essence vide naturelle, la couverture de la m\u00e9ditation tombe.<\/em><\/p>\n

Puisque c\u2019est d\u00e9pourvu d’objet, l\u2019int\u00e9gration n\u2019est ni \u00e0 tenir ni \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ainsi, le Dzogch\u00e8n, la Grande Perfection, \u00e9tant pur \u00e0 la Base, aucune vue ne peut le d\u00e9terminer, aucune pratique ne peut l\u2019atteindre et aucun r\u00e9sultat ne peut \u00eatre maintenu. Voil\u00e0 pourquoi on parle de chemin illusoire, car rien n\u2019est \u00e0 faire, \u00e0 purifier ou \u00e0 parfaire dans la pratique de la Grande Perfection. C\u2019est un \u00e9tat \u00ab\u00a0ultime\u00a0\u00bb o\u00f9 vue, m\u00e9ditation et int\u00e9gration ainsi que Base, chemin et fruit sont l\u00e0 en m\u00eame temps, au m\u00eame endroit, au sein de la nature-m\u00eame de notre propre esprit. Rien n\u2019est \u00e0 chercher et donc \u00e0 atteindre. Voil\u00e0 le chemin qui n\u2019est pas un chemin. Ainsi, nul besoin de se recouvrir de la couverture de la m\u00e9ditation car elle n\u2019existe pas r\u00e9ellement dans la pratique de la Grande Perfection. Le point crucial du chemin, c\u2019est de demeurer dans l\u2019\u00e9tat naturel (tib.\u00a0: gnas lugs<\/em>), l\u2019\u00e9tat nu sans complication qui est ainsi non fabriqu\u00e9 et non entretenu par une pratique m\u00e9ditative factice. Rien \u00e0 faire car tout est \u00e0 la Base.<\/p>\n

Facile \u00e0 dire\u00a0? Peut-\u00eatre. Facile \u00e0 faire\u00a0? S\u00fbrement pas, m\u00eame si c\u2019est la pratique la plus simple qui puisse exister.<\/p>\n

Quelle que soit la position du corps, c\u2019est celle de la pratique. Quelle que soit la position des yeux, c\u2019est celle de la pratique. Quelles que soient les apparences, ce sont celles de la pratique. Quel que soit l\u2019\u00e9tat, c\u2019est celui de la pratique.<\/em><\/p>\n

Doit-on alors mettre en application quelque chose de sp\u00e9cial dans le Dzogch\u00e8n ? Non, simplement appliquer la vue de la Grande Perfection dans toutes les activit\u00e9s du corps, de la parole et de l\u2019esprit. Nous n\u2019avons pas \u00e0 changer quoi que ce soit dans notre existence. C\u2019est l\u2019obtention l\u00e0 o\u00f9 c\u2019est, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire l\u00e0 o\u00f9 je suis r\u00e9ellement : ici et maintenant. Constamment. Peu importe les conditions, peu importe mon adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 ou mon rejet de celles-ci, peu importe ce que je pense qui existe ou non. Je ne fais que prendre l\u2019illusion comme chemin (ce que l\u2019on appelle le \u201cchemin des apparences\u201d) <\/span>autant que<\/span> sa nature primordiale (le chemin de la vacuit\u00e9), clart\u00e9-luminosit\u00e9 (tib.\u00a0: <\/span>\u2018od gsal<\/span>).<\/span><\/p>\n
