Au-del\u00e0 du d\u00e9j\u00e0-vu<\/h2>\n

6 heures du matin, le radio-r\u00e9veil s\u2019allume au son de ” I Got You Babe<\/a> “, … le d\u00e9sabus\u00e9 Phil Connors (interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 par Bill Murray dans le film \u00ab un jour sans fin<\/em><\/a>\u00a0\u00bb r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par Harold Ramis) \u00e9prouve une sensation d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able \u2026comme si sa journ\u00e9e allait se d\u00e9rouler exactement comme celle de la veille.<\/p>\n

N\u2019avez-vous jamais eu cette impression vertigineuse de vivre encore et encore la m\u00eame journ\u00e9e\u00a0? Ces brefs instants de lucidit\u00e9 provoquent souvent un certain malaise, furtif par peur de trop s\u2019y confronter\u2026<\/p>\n

A l\u2019instar de Phil qui se retrouve enferm\u00e9 dans ce sempiternel jour de la marmotte, on serait tent\u00e9 de r\u00e9agir par l\u2019irritation, la r\u00e9signation ou la sublimation. M\u00eame si ce surhomme tragi-comique peut \u00eatre de prime abord inspirant, la douce musique du temps va finir par le d\u00e9passer.. et le cycle recommencera (\u201derrance cyclique<\/a>\u201d, tib. khorwa, khor ba<\/em>), qui sait …peut-\u00eatre en tant que marmotte dans son terrier\u2026<\/p>\n

Alors comment passer de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9cran et percer la vraie nature de cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 illusoire sans tomber dans les travers de Phil\u00a0? Le Dzogch\u00e8n enseigne que les apparences sont le jeu de l’esprit, des manifestations temporaires sans existence propre. Mais cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 illusoire n’est pas un probl\u00e8me en soi, qu\u2019il faudrait faire voler en \u00e9clats. Au contraire, la base de toute manifestation est \u00e9nergie ou rayonnement de la compassion universelle<\/a> (tib. thougdj\u00e9, thugs rje)<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Si cette tradition s\u2019appelle *\u00ab\u00a0Grande Perfection \u00bb (*tib. Dzogpa Ch\u00e8npo, rdzogs pa chen po<\/em>), c\u2019est que tout est d\u00e9j\u00e0 parfait \u00e0 la base. Contrairement \u00e0 ce que pense Phil, il n\u2019y a absolument rien \u00e0 changer, rien \u00e0 transformer, rien \u00e0 accumuler ou \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir. Dans la tradition du Dzogch\u00e8n tib\u00e9tain, on se r\u00e9f\u00e8re souvent au vol du Garouda pour repr\u00e9senter l\u2019\u00e9tat de la Grande Perfection\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0suspendu dans le vide, planant dans la nature primordiale de mon<\/em> [son] propre esprit lumineux, vide et immens\u00e9ment libre<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, comme l\u2019\u00e9voque Mila Khyentse (lire l\u2019article Haut vol<\/a>). Plut\u00f4t inspirant, non\u00a0?<\/p>\n

\u2026Mais alors comment se fait-il que si cet \u00e9tat est \u00e0 la base et qu\u2019il n\u2019y a rien \u00e0 changer, nous nous retrouvions malgr\u00e9 tout calfeutr\u00e9s – osons le paradoxe<\/em> – dans nos illusions bien tangibles\u2026<\/p>\n

Hormis quelques rares \u00eatres, qui ont la capacit\u00e9 (h\u00e9rit\u00e9e de l\u2019entra\u00eenement des existences pass\u00e9es) de r\u00e9aliser en un instant la nature de l\u2019esprit (tib. chig charwa, cig car ba<\/em>), \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re du Garouda qui prend son envol directement, il nous sera g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019arpenter un chemin\u2026 mais lequel\u00a0? celui qui nous m\u00e8nera \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat qui n\u2019est rien d\u2019autre que la r\u00e9alisation que tout est d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u00e0, \u00e0 la base. Autrement dit, nous allons devoir arpenter un chemin illusoire<\/a> pour mettre fin \u00e0 l\u2019illusion et demeurer naturellement dans la Base primordiale de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Vous avez mal \u00e0 la t\u00eate\u00a0? \u2026c\u2019est normal et c\u2019est bon signe\u00a0!<\/p>\n

Au risque de simplifier \u00e0 l’exc\u00e8s, disons qu\u2019il y a le Dzogch\u00e8n radical, la voie directe qui est arpent\u00e9e par celles et ceux qui ont la ma\u00eetrise du vol du Garouda (grands Bodhisattvas ou Mahasattvas) et la voie graduelle n\u00e9cessaire pour pr\u00e9parer son envol… et \u00e9viter de se retrouver en chute libre comme les oisillons des bernaches nonnettes (regardez la vid\u00e9o<\/a> (1,55\u2019), c\u2019est vertigineux\u00a0!).<\/p>\n

La voie graduelle n\u2019est cependant pas un chemin sans encombre et bien balis\u00e9 o\u00f9 il suffirait d\u2019appliquer certaines m\u00e9thodes de m\u00e9ditation qui mettraient soudainement fin \u00e0 l\u2019illusion (lire l\u2019article Le Toy Train<\/a>). Malgr\u00e9 nos conditions de vie actuelles et le sentiment d\u2019urgence que l\u2019on pourrait ressentir, il est impossible de faire l’\u00e9conomie du temps d’observation et de r\u00e9flexion n\u00e9cessaire au m\u00fbrissement de la vue propre au Dzogch\u00e8n. La vision doit \u00eatre \u00e0 la base de notre action, de notre pratique de la Grande Perfection. Et cette vision ne peut se d\u00e9voiler sans le lien et la transmission d\u2019un \u201c\u00eatre d\u2019\u00e9veil\u201d qui l\u2019a lui-m\u00eame r\u00e9alis\u00e9e et qui saura nous guider sur notre propre chemin de r\u00e9alisation.<\/p>\n
