Il n\u2019y a rien de plus magique que les c\u00e9r\u00e9monies d\u2019ouverture. Dans le Dzogch\u00e8n, cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019ouverture est l\u2019introduction \u00e0 la nature primordiale de l\u2019esprit. C\u2019est l\u00e0 o\u00f9 tout commence : nous faisons l\u2019exp\u00e9rience totale et enti\u00e8re de notre propre nature vide et lumineuse, dont les rayons de compassion p\u00e9n\u00e8trent et englobent tout. Avant, on se pr\u00e9pare. Et m\u00eame si cela peut prendre du temps et \u00eatre exigeant, quel plaisir de savoir \u00e0 quoi cela va aboutir : le l\u00e2cher des colombes que sont nos \u00e9motions perturbatrices, la flamme de la transmission qui allume la vasque de la r\u00e9alisation, et le grand ach\u00e8vement de tous les entrainements dans les ultimes \u00e9preuves !<\/p>\n

Et donc, on s\u2019entra\u00eene, avec autant de variations que dans les sports olympiques. D\u2019abord, les disciplines : on pratique les yogas du corps, on se concentre avec ou sans support, on r\u00e9cite des mantras ou pas, on se relie \u00e0 notre propre nature par un son. Chaque exercice poss\u00e8de lui-m\u00eame diff\u00e9rents niveaux : on les aborde en premier lieu avec complexit\u00e9, puis de plus en plus simplement et directement. Dans le m\u00eame temps, on s\u2019impr\u00e8gne de th\u00e9ories que l\u2019on teste dans notre quotidien et notre pratique, pour v\u00e9rifier leur pertinence et les comprendre pleinement. Dans les moments de doute ou d\u2019abattement, on revient \u00e0 la base de l\u2019entrainement, en ravivant notre motivation : accomplir notre propre bien et le bien commun.<\/p>\n

Les entra\u00eeneurs jouent le r\u00f4le crucial que nous leur connaissons. Ils donnent les instructions avec g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9, \u00e9coutent avec discipline, expliquent avec patience, conseillent avec sagesse. Leur enthousiasme est communicatif. Inlassablement, ils nous poussent selon nos capacit\u00e9s, et traitent nos co\u00e9quipiers avec le m\u00eame amour et la m\u00eame bont\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Puis advient la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019ouverture. Celle de la Grande Perfection est difficile \u00e0 planifier : on ne sait jamais trop quand cela va se passer. Peut-\u00eatre quand justement on est bien install\u00e9 dans les gradins \u00e0 regarder les autres d\u00e9filer, alors qu\u2019on a abandonn\u00e9 toute id\u00e9e d\u2019\u00eatre un jour \u00e0 leur place !
