Perdu dans l\u2019immensit\u00e9 de l\u2019oc\u00e9an, un petit bateau, telle une coquille de noix, vogue dans les flots, tant bien que mal.<\/p>\n
Debout \u00e0 l\u2019avant du bateau, Monsieur Peur-de tout et Monsieur Peur-de rien, partis en croisi\u00e8re, scrutent l\u2019horizon, de plus en plus noir. Un \u00e9clair tonne au loin. \u00ab\u00a0Il faut rebrousser chemin, le bateau ne va jamais tenir\u00a0\u00bb, dit Monsieur Peur-de-tout. \u00ab\u00a0La temp\u00eate va passer, il suffit d\u2019attendre. Rien ne nous arrivera, on en a vu d\u2019autres\u2026\u00a0\u00bb, r\u00e9pond Monsieur Peur-de-rien. \u00ab\u00a0Tout est impermanent. Tout peut arriver.\u00a0\u00bb, argue Monsieur Peur-de-tout. \u00ab\u00a0Tout est illusoire, quelle importance. \u00bb, r\u00e9torque Monsieur Peur-de-rien.<\/p>\n
\n\u201c\u2026 tous vivent alors, pour la premi\u00e8re fois, une m\u00eame et unique exp\u00e9rience : l\u2019arr\u00eat momentan\u00e9 de l\u2019illusion d\u2019eux-m\u00eames.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Un second \u00e9clair d\u00e9chire le ciel, s\u2019abattant \u00e0 quelques m\u00e8tres \u00e0 peine de la coque du bateau. Sous l\u2019onde de l\u2019impact, une fissure appara\u00eet dans le bois. Voyant l\u2019eau s\u2019infiltrer dans la br\u00e8che, Monsieur Peur-de-tout panique : \u00ab \u00e7a y est, c\u2019est la fin !\u00bb. Se pr\u00e9cipitant pour combler la fissure, il tr\u00e9buche, et dans sa chute, agrandit encore plus le trou. Monsieur Peur-de-rien secoue la t\u00eate l\u2019air navr\u00e9, puis retourne \u00e0 son observation du ciel, faisant un savant calcul pour d\u00e9terminer combien de temps la temp\u00eate durera encore, lui qui est si certain qu\u2019elle s\u2019arr\u00eatera bient\u00f4t. Monsieur Peur-de-tout, voyant l\u2019eau monter de plus en plus, et essayant d\u2019\u00e9coper avec les moyens du bord, pense \u00e0 ses proches, \u00e0 tous ceux qu\u2019il aime. Peut-\u00eatre qu\u2019il ne les reverra jamais ! Monsieur Peur-de-rien, passablement agac\u00e9, r\u00e9p\u00e8te \u00ab Tout ce qui appara\u00eet, dispara\u00eet, de toute fa\u00e7on. \u00bb puis, devant Monsieur Peur-de-tout en train de pleurer, se met, cette fois en col\u00e8re \u00ab Puisque je te dis que la temp\u00eate va passer ! \u00bb.<\/p>\n
\u00ab\u00a0D\u00e9sir-attachement et col\u00e8re-aversion reviennent au m\u00eame, puisque ce sont deux manifestations de la m\u00eame nature\u00a0\u00bb, dit Madame Je-sais-tout, \u00e9mergeant soudainement de la cale du bateau. \u00ab\u00a0Vous \u00eates tous les deux, pareils\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0Comment le sais-tu\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb, dit Madame Je-sais-rien qui \u00e9merge derri\u00e8re elle\u00a0:\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Seule la connaissance directe est valable, tout le reste est ignorance \u00bb \u2026<\/p>\n

Dans l\u2019oc\u00e9an, un banc de poissons voit passer la petite bande en train de se d\u00e9battre pour rester \u00e0 la surface, s\u2019accrochant les uns aux autres, continuant \u00e0 argumenter sur comment survivre maintenant\u2026<\/p>\n
\u00ab\u00a0Dommage, ils auraient pu apprendre \u00e0 nager.\u00a0\u00bb, dit le plus jeune des poissons.<\/p>\n
