Le jeu du repli et du rejet<\/h2>\n

Le repli sur soi est une tendance que l\u2019on observe partout. La peur le nourrit. Plus j\u2019ai peur, plus je me sens mal \u00e9motionnellement et physiquement, et moins j\u2019ai la force d\u2019aller vers l\u2019autre. Comme une m\u00e9canique bien huil\u00e9e qui se met en branle, la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de cette \u00e9motion et de l\u2019histoire qu\u2019on brode dessus nous pousse \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9ter encore et encore ce sch\u00e9ma, qui en devient rassurant. Peut-on donc en vouloir \u00e0 notre voisine qui n\u2019ouvre jamais sa porte lorsque l\u2019on sonne, ou \u00e0 notre ami d\u2019enfance qui s\u2019enferre derri\u00e8re des \u00e9crans dans des conspirations virtuelles\u00a0?<\/p>\n

Faut-il combattre ce repli sur soi\u00a0? Cette fuite ? Pour la Grande Perfection, cette tendance est intrins\u00e8que \u00e0 notre mani\u00e8re d\u2019\u00eatre. Elle est l\u2019expression du fonctionnement de notre monde int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n

Notre vision du monde est profond\u00e9ment binaire : fuir, ou combattre. Aimer, ou rejeter. \u00catre seul.e, ou entour\u00e9.e. Nous n\u2019imaginons pas notre vie au-del\u00e0 de ces deux positions qui alternent sans cesse. Un clignement des yeux suffit \u00e0 changer d\u2019avis. Qui n\u2019a jamais vu ce pendule de Newton \u00e0 cinq billes qui tapent les unes contre les autres\u00a0dans un mouvement hypnotique\u00a0?<\/p>\n

On ressent la premi\u00e8re comme un n\u00e9cessaire repli sur soi, un besoin de fuite essentiel, un recroquevillement protecteur rassurant, peut-\u00eatre, mais qui est en fait \u00e0 la base telle une force centrifuge : un mouvement de la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie vers le centre. Dans la tradition du Dzogch\u00e8n, c\u2019est une dynamique interne, dans le sens \u00ab\u00a0qui va vers l\u2019int\u00e9rieur\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Mais qui dit repli, dit rejet\u00a0: l\u2019hu\u00eetre face au danger expulse un jet d\u2019eau juste avant de refermer sa coquille. Ce rejet, cet \u00e9lan qui jaillit dans notre volont\u00e9 de r\u00e9sister, de combattre, cette sensation de projeter notre col\u00e8re vers les autres, de repousser les agressions du monde qui nous entoure, est simplement le mouvement miroir du pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent\u00a0: une dynamique externe, \u00ab\u00a0qui va vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

A ces deux dynamiques fondamentales, externe et interne, manque une troisi\u00e8me qui se trouve \u00e0 la base des deux autres. Interpr\u00e9t\u00e9e par nos sens et nos habitudes, nous la vivons comme une confusion mentale et \u00e9motionnelle, comme une peur insidieuse, une crise de panique, une angoisse qui nous ronge. Ou bien encore, moins dramatique, comme une sensation profonde et insaisissable de vide. Elle est pourtant le fondement, l\u2019univers des possibles : une dynamique vide. Dynamique, car elle est potentiellement active, comme le mouvement suspendu de la bille du pendule en haut de sa course. Vide, car elle n\u2019est pas l\u2019origine des mouvements, mais leur potentiel.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Percevoir ces trois aspects de notre r\u00e9alit\u00e9 tels qu\u2019ils sont vraiment – des dynamiques naturelles, intrins\u00e8ques \u00e0 nous-m\u00eames et \u00e0 notre existence – nous lib\u00e8re de ce qu\u2019ils paraissent \u00eatre (un repli sur soi, le rejet des autres, l\u2019angoisse du vide\u2026). C\u2019est ce que chaque exercice du Dzogch\u00e8n nous propose : ramener notre vision \u00e0 la base m\u00eame de notre exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n

L\u2019instrument crucial de ce retour \u00e0 la source est la clart\u00e9, que l\u2019on perd si vite aujourd\u2019hui. La rappeler n\u00e9cessite de prendre du recul, d\u2019\u00e9largir notre champ de vision, d\u2019avoir conscience des \u00e9motions, des sensations et des pens\u00e9es qui influencent nos d\u00e9cisions. Mais si l\u2019on veut v\u00e9ritablement d\u00e9couvrir ce qu\u2019est cette clart\u00e9, pour la d\u00e9velopper et la stabiliser, il nous faut aller \u00e0 sa rencontre. Cela passe par un entra\u00eenement \u00e0 se concentrer naturellement sur son origine, et pour cela, il vaut mieux \u00eatre guid\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le jeu en vaut la chandelle\u00a0: lorsque notre vision rejoint le fondement de notre exp\u00e9rience, on se retrouve litt\u00e9ralement dans le flot de l\u2019existence. Notre vision fait corps d\u00e9sormais avec les trois dynamiques (interne, externe et vide). Nous savons alors comment aborder la tendance au complotisme de notre ami d\u2019enfance, et nous avons l\u2019intuition de la parole juste pour engager la conversation avec notre voisine. Ayant d\u00e9senclav\u00e9 notre vision du monde, nous sommes \u00e0 m\u00eame d\u2019aller compl\u00e8tement, authentiquement et sans peur, \u00e0 la rencontre de tout notre univers.<\/p>\n
