C\u2019est cela : parfois un mot retient soudain notre attention plus que d\u2019habitude, et se r\u00e9v\u00e8le dans sa profondeur. \u00ab Droupgyu \u00bb (sgrub brgyud) est un terme qu\u2019on trouve partout, dans pratiquement tous les textes de la tradition tib\u00e9taine. On peut le traduire par \u00ab lign\u00e9es de r\u00e9alisation \u00bb, ou \u00ab lign\u00e9es de pratique \u00bb. Comme on le trouve partout, on pourrait se m\u00e9prendre sur son importance. En fait, il r\u00e9v\u00e8le quelque chose de fondamental sur la conception tib\u00e9taine de la \u00ab spiritualit\u00e9 \u00bb. Dans l\u2019atelier du traducteur 5<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00ab brgyud \u00bb signifie lign\u00e9e ou lignage, il d\u00e9signe les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations successives de ma\u00eetres et d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves qui se sont transmis l\u2019essence de la r\u00e9alisation ultime de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, comme de parents \u00e0 enfants, quelque chose de si intime et de si ineffable, de si puissant et de si formidable, qu\u2019il disperse toutes les sollicitations du d\u00e9sir et du n\u00e9ant. C\u2019est une puissance qui a travers\u00e9 les \u00e9poques et les pays, qui a transperc\u00e9 les personnalit\u00e9s et les structures de pouvoir, qui a gagn\u00e9 la bataille du temps et de l\u2019oubli.<\/p>\n

\u00ab sgrub \u00bb signifie r\u00e9alisation, accomplissement. Il d\u00e9signe \u00e9videmment le r\u00e9sultat de la pratique spirituelle men\u00e9e \u00e0 son terme, le moment o\u00f9 il n\u2019y a plus quelque chose \u00e0 faire, plus aucune entra\u00eenement \u00e0 poursuivre. L\u2019accomplissement se traduit alors dans le non-faire et le d\u00e9s\u0153uvrement : l\u2019\u0153uvre supr\u00eame du non-agir parfait.<\/p>\n

Pour notre \u00e9poque, le terme \u00ab droupgyu \u00bb r\u00e9sonne \u00e9trangement comme une preuve d\u2019authenticit\u00e9. Il clame que la r\u00e9alisation existe, et qu\u2019elle est possible. Il appelle, par son existence, toutes les \u00e2mes de bonne volont\u00e9 qui, dans le secret de leur c\u0153ur, se sont dit un jour que oui, la lib\u00e9ration est possible.<\/p>\n

\nC\u2019est un terme qu\u2019on trouve partout dans la litt\u00e9rature tib\u00e9taine, dans les trait\u00e9s comme dans les biographies. Les enseignements sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme \u00e9tant \u00ab mindr\u00f6l \u00bb. Que veut-il dire ?<\/p>\n

Le premier sens de \u00ab min \u00bb (tib. smin, la maturation) est bien s\u00fbr le d\u00e9veloppement spirituel de l\u2019individu engag\u00e9 sur un chemin., son affinement, son raffinement au sens presque alchimique du terme. Plus profond\u00e9ment, \u00ab min \u00bb d\u00e9signe l\u2019actualisation de la capacit\u00e9, dans un \u00eatre, \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser les Trois Corps, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la triple manifestation de l\u2019\u00c9veil \u00e0 des niveaux d\u2019exp\u00e9riences diff\u00e9rents. J\u2019ai r\u00e9cemment compris qu\u2019on pouvait aussi traduire \u00ab min \u00bb par \u00ab germer \u00bb, au sens de faire se d\u00e9ployer le potentiel ultime d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. Mais alors qu\u2019on pense habituellement au processus ordinaire de germination des cons\u00e9quences conditionn\u00e9es par nos actes, il s\u2019agit ici du d\u00e9ploiement soudain et spontan\u00e9 de la base inconditionn\u00e9e de toute notre r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Ce qui entra\u00eene la lib\u00e9ration, \u00ab dr\u00f6l \u00bb (tib. grol). \u00ab Dr\u00f6l \u00bb sonne \u00e9trangement \u00e0 nos oreilles en fran\u00e7ais, comme si la lib\u00e9ration \u00e9tait une \u00ab dr\u00f4le \u00bb de blague. Mais n\u2019en est-ce pas une en effet ? \u00ab dr\u00f6l \u00bb est la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter directement la libert\u00e9 inconditionn\u00e9e d\u2019ores-et-d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sente au c\u0153ur du conditionnement, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience-preuve que notre prison \u00e9motionnelle et mentale n\u2019a jamais exist\u00e9. \u00ab Dr\u00f6l \u00bb, c\u2019est donc le bout d\u2019un chemin qui n\u2019a jamais eu lieu et qu\u2019il a fallu parcourir illusoirement, comme lorsqu\u2019on s\u2019essouffle dans un r\u00eave.<\/p>\n

Ainsi, on parle d\u2019enseignements \u00ab mindr\u00f6l \u00bb, qui \u00ab font m\u00fbrir et lib\u00e8rent \u00bb, en ce sens qu\u2019ils m\u00e8nent \u00e0 un terme, une extinction de l\u2019illusion de la souffrance et du cycle de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience conditionn\u00e9e. D\u00e8s lors, les enseignements spirituels sur notre plan\u00e8te se divisent en deux cat\u00e9gories : ceux qui \u00ab font m\u00fbrir et lib\u00e8rent \u00bb, et ceux qui perp\u00e9tuent la ronde des illusions. Certains sont situ\u00e9s dans une zone floue : ils nous \u00e9clairent partiellement sur votre fonctionnement, adoucissent notre quotidien, mais ne font au final que nous rassurer et ne nous pr\u00e9parent pas au moment de notre mort. Ils ne font pas m\u00fbrir ce potentiel d\u2019\u00c9veil pr\u00e9sent en nous, qui peut \u00eatre identifi\u00e9 par les exp\u00e9riences sp\u00e9cifiques qu\u2019exposent avec pr\u00e9cision les Grandes Traditions.<\/p>\n

L\u2019expression \u00ab\u00a0mindr\u00f6l\u00a0\u00bb est donc un terme-cl\u00e9 qui permet \u00e9galement d\u2019authentifier les enseignements vitaux des Grandes Traditions : ces enseignements qui nous permettent d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la nature ultime, non-n\u00e9e, de notre esprit.
