Bon\u2026 je dois \u00e9crire un article pour <\/span>Dzogchen Today!<\/span>\u2026 mais mon esprit est aussi encombr\u00e9 que l\u2019est mon bureau\u00a0: des piles de livres <\/span>d\u2019Orient et d\u2019Occident<\/span> qui s\u2019appuient sur des amoncellements de<\/span> tomes<\/span> savants dont le soubassement est lui-m\u00eame constitu\u00e9 de forts volumes parmi lesquels se sont tout de m\u00eame infiltr\u00e9s de <\/span>futiles<\/span> <\/span>pamphlets. <\/span>C<\/span>ette g\u00e9ographie\u00a0<\/span>domestique \u00e9tant parsem\u00e9e de divers carnets, de feuilles volantes aux contours rong\u00e9s et de post-it d\u00e9lav\u00e9s par le soleil jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00eatre devenus illisibles, sans oublier les n\u00e9cessaires \u00e9chantillons de parfum, gommes sculpt\u00e9es par l\u2019usage, mat\u00e9riel \u00e0 crayonnage, paire de lunette, paire de lunette de rechange, paire de lunette qui ne sert plus du tout, bonbons aux plantes suisses, verre d\u2019eau fran\u00e7aise avec un zeste de citron espagnol, <\/span>photos de proches mais aussi de lointains, figurines en plastique, myst\u00e9rieuse sculpture de jaspe noir, recharges pour le mat\u00e9riel de crayonnage, etc.<\/span> <\/span>J\u2019arr\u00eate la liste par peur d\u2019\u00eatre fastidieux (c\u2019est peut-\u00eatre d\u00e9j\u00e0 trop tard).<\/span><\/p>\n

Regardant les pens\u00e9es directement, j\u2019en arrive \u00e0 un complet et lib\u00e9rateur retournement. Si je porte l\u2019attention directement sur elles, soit elles disparaissent tout simplement, soit elles m\u2019apparaissent comme des pens\u00e9es et non plus comme la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Tout comme l\u2019accumulation de ces objets occupe tout mon bureau, mes pens\u00e9es encombrent l\u2019espace int\u00e9rieur dont j\u2019ai besoin pour \u00e9crire. Elles semblent aussi concr\u00e8tes qu\u2019eux. L\u2019article \u00e0 \u00e9crire, le colis \u00e0 aller chercher apr\u00e8s cela ou cette discussion d\u2019hier avec un ami qui continue \u00e0 me trotter dans la t\u00eate, tout cela \u2013 et bien plus encore – n\u2019est-il pas r\u00e9el\u00a0? Article r\u00e9el, colis r\u00e9el, ami r\u00e9el, donc choses concr\u00e8tes, solides et, \u00e0 ce titre, sollicitant de plein droit mon attention\u2026 D\u2019o\u00f9 cette impression de saturation, car les sollicitations sont nombreuses et divergentes. Comment <\/span>v<\/span>ais-je arriver \u00e0 \u00e9crire avec un esprit aussi satur\u00e9\u00a0? Il me manque le vide, la disponibilit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ah oui\u00a0! Je sais\u00a0! C\u2019est ce qui est dit partout\u00a0! Arr\u00eater de penser\u00a0! Faire le vide\u00a0! Sauf que\u2026 cette fameuse vacance, si souvent recherch\u00e9e, n\u2019advient pas\u2026 les pens\u00e9es ne cessent de revenir. Lorsque je crois m\u2019en \u00eatre d\u00e9fait, elles se r\u00e9incarnent en un avatar retors qui, lui aussi, cherche \u00e0 m\u2019entrainer dans un sc\u00e9nario particulier et ainsi de suite et sans fin. Je crois que je vais tout laisser tomber\u2026 pas possible de travailler dans ces conditions\u00a0! Ma m\u00e9t\u00e9o mentale ne s\u2019y pr\u00eate vraiment pas.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 moins que<\/span>\u2026 je ne regarde directement ces fameuses pens\u00e9es. Que je les regarde <\/span>elles-m\u00eames<\/span> et non leur contenu, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire <\/span>ce qu\u2019elles racontent<\/span>. <\/span>Qu<\/span>e sont-elles au fait\u00a0? Ce sont de tr\u00e8s \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8res images mentales\u00a0; elles ne durent que quelques instants, voire m\u00eame, presque moins qu\u2019un instant. Elles sont des repr\u00e9sentations de personnes, d\u2019objets ou de situations dont la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, si l\u2019on r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit bien,<\/span>e<\/span>st toujours au-del\u00e0 de toute pens\u00e9e. Est-ce que, par exemple, l\u2019id\u00e9e que je me fais de mon ami co\u00efncide avec ce qu\u2019il est\u00a0? Probablement pas. Ces pens\u00e9es sont elles-m\u00eames fort incertaines car d\u00e9pendantes de toutes sorte de facteurs bien souvent transitoires comme, par exemple, notre humeur du moment ou bien le temps qu\u2019il fait. Pens\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, pens\u00e9es de f\u00eate nationale, pens\u00e9es de rentr\u00e9e. Mes pens\u00e9es ne sont jamais des faits mais toujours un <\/span>incertain poudroiement menta<\/span>l.<\/span><\/p>\n

Regardant les pens\u00e9es directement, j\u2019en arrive \u00e0 un complet et lib\u00e9rateur retournement. Si je porte l\u2019attention directement sur elles, soit elles disparaissent tout simplement, soit elles m\u2019apparaissent comme des pens\u00e9es et non plus comme la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Elles occupent toujours mon esprit mais d\u00e9sormais avec l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9, comme si elles \u00e9taient devenues transparentes. J\u2019abandonne ainsi le d\u00e9sir vain de m\u2019en d\u00e9faire. Car aussi nombreuses soient-elles, elles ne peuvent d\u00e9sormais plus encombrer mon espace int\u00e9rieur, au contraire elles en r\u00e9v\u00e8lent le caract\u00e8re illimit\u00e9. Vues et v\u00e9cues comme vides et vives \u00e0 la fois, elles sont la source m\u00eame de ma cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Sans elles, comment \u00e9crire\u00a0? En les prenant trop au s\u00e9rieux, comment \u00e9crire\u00a0?<\/p>\n
