C\u2019est l\u2019habituelle table du petit-d\u00e9jeuner avec ses bols d\u2019une blancheur us\u00e9e, ses verres bleu outremer et ses cuill\u00e8res tordues. La tasse de th\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019hibiscus voisine avec la boite de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales. Ce sont des formes et des couleurs vues, avant d\u2019\u00eatre des saveurs, distinctes puis m\u00eal\u00e9es. Puis elles deviennent l\u2019apaisement de la faim ressentie tout \u00e0 l\u2019heure, avant le petit-d\u00e9jeuner. Une odeur caf\u00e9in\u00e9e flotte, annonciatrice de ce qui se pr\u00e9pare tranquillement, juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9. La radio \u00e9met des sons suppos\u00e9s porteurs d\u2019un sens, tandis que de la rue vient la rumeur du monde. Dehors \u00e7a tourne, \u00e7a roule, \u00e7a bouge d\u00e9j\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Pour ma part, je suis encore \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s immobile. Mes mouvements sont encore emprunts de la pesanteur du sommeil\u00a0; mon flux mental est encore teint\u00e9 des r\u00eaves qui ont occup\u00e9s la nuit. Les \u00e9motions ressenties alors sont encore pr\u00e9sentes mais dans une forme plus domestiqu\u00e9e. Il n\u2019y a plus de bataillons d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phants enrag\u00e9s \u00e0 dompter, mais juste une vague appr\u00e9hension des d\u00e9fis de la journ\u00e9e. C\u2019est ainsi que mon attention se tourne doucement vers ce qu\u2019il est convenu d\u2019appeler \u00ab\u00a0la r\u00e9alit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire ce qui est socialement admis comme \u00e9tant tel.<\/p>\n

Le Dharma<\/em> (la tradition initi\u00e9e par le Bouddha) nous invite \u00e0 examiner ces ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes. Sont-ils permanents ou sans cesse fluctuants\u00a0? Sont-ils autonomes ou mutuellement d\u00e9pendants les uns des autres\u00a0? Sont-ils simples ou compos\u00e9s de multiples parties\u00a0?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Mais ce consensus est-il vraiment satisfaisant pour d\u00e9finir la r\u00e9alit\u00e9\u00a0? La frustration, inh\u00e9rente \u00e0 la condition humaine, qui nous taraude si souvent ne viendrait-elle pas d\u2019une vision r\u00e9duite et jamais vraiment examin\u00e9e de la vie\u00a0?<\/p>\n

La tradition du Dzogchen nomme tout ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9crit plus haut, comme tout ce que nous sommes en train d\u2019\u00e9prouver en ce moment m\u00eame les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes (en sanskrit les dharmin <\/em>au pluriel et dharma <\/em>au singulier). Formes, couleurs, textures, sons, odeurs, mais aussi pens\u00e9es et \u00e9motions constituent ainsi une chatoyante trame ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nale. Et aussi : Le monde que je vois existe-t-il en dehors de ma perception (la table est-elle table \u00ab objectivement \u00bb ? L\u2019est-elle pour une fourmi ?) ? Le sentiment que j\u2019ai d\u2019\u00eatre moi-m\u00eame existe-t-il en et par lui-m\u00eame ? Ou lui doit-il se fonder sur la perception d\u2019objets ext\u00e9rieurs (O\u00f9 est le moi sans \u00ab image de moi \u00bb comme un reflet dans un miroir ?) ?<\/p>\n

Ces questions nous d\u00e9tournent de nos routines mentales et tournent notre esprit vers la nature ultime des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes, litt\u00e9ralement, la Dharmata<\/em>. Y r\u00e9pondre vraiment<\/em> peut changer radicalement notre regard sur la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et donc notre vie.<\/p>\n

Alors le caf\u00e9 a la saveur d\u2019une libert\u00e9 v\u00e9ritable et les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales ont le go\u00fbt de la paix qui vient d\u2019avoir vu directement le c\u0153ur de ce qui est. Tout a chang\u00e9 mais rien n\u2019est diff\u00e9rent. Il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019autre monde, mais celui-ci se r\u00e9v\u00e8le infiniment vaste, ouverte et lumineux.<\/p>\n

Et si l\u2019absolu s\u2019invitait \u00e0 la table du petit-d\u00e9jeuner\u00a0?<\/p>\n

Cela ne tient qu\u2019\u00e0 un regard.
