C\u2019est l\u2019aspect primordial de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et c\u2019est ce que l\u2019on finit par d\u00e9couvrir en appliquant la pratique du Dzogchen.<\/p>\n<p>La troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape du processus de la pratique est le fruit, le r\u00e9sultat, qui est pour le Dzogch\u00e8n, de demeurer simplement dans ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 directement per\u00e7u dans la seconde \u00e9tape. Puis, les techniques dites \u00ab principales \u00bb et enfin, les techniques dites \u00ab d\u2019ach\u00e8vement \u00bb. Cette progression graduelle est indispensable car elle nous aide \u00e0 int\u00e9grer petit \u00e0 petit ce qui ne peut pas \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 et dig\u00e9r\u00e9 directement.<\/p>\n<p>On l\u2019aura compris, la pratique du Dzogch\u00e8n se mesure \u00e0 l\u2019aune d\u2019une vie, mais ce que nous pouvons d\u00e9couvrir avec elle est au-del\u00e0 de tout ce dont nous pouvons r\u00eaver.<\/p>\n<p>Tout voyage commence avec un premier pas sur le chemin\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider divider_position=&#8221;bottom&#8221;
