Qu’est-ce que le Dzogch\u00e8n ?<\/h2>\n

Les termes tib\u00e9tains \u00ab\u00a0Dzogpa Ch\u00e8npo\u00a0\u00bb, dont Dzogch\u00e8n est la contraction, signifient \u00ab\u00a0Grande Perfection\u00a0\u00bb, Mah\u0101sa\u1e45dhi en sanskrit.<\/p>\n

Grande Perfection de quoi\u00a0? De tout.<\/p>\n

Il existe encore \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle deux grandes traditions Dzogch\u00e8n provenant du monde tib\u00e9tain\u00a0: la plus ancienne serait le \u00ab\u00a0youngdroung b\u00f6n\u00a0\u00bb, qui aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e par Teunpa Sh\u00e8nrab Miwoch\u00e9 il y a plusieurs milliers d\u2019ann\u00e9es, et la seconde la tradition du monde nyingmapa.<\/p>\n

La seconde tradition Dzogch\u00e8n, depuis son fondateur humain Garab Dorje qui serait n\u00e9 cent soixante-six ans apr\u00e8s le parinirvana du Bouddha (6\u00e8 ou 5\u00e8 si\u00e8cle avant notre \u00e8re), insiste sur le fait que toute la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de notre existence provient de notre esprit, que notre esprit est primordialement parfait et qu\u2019il n\u2019y a qu\u2019\u00e0 le reconna\u00eetre pour se lib\u00e9rer des cha\u00eenes illusoires de la souffrance, de l\u2019impermanence et de la mort.<\/p>\n

Le chemin spirituel du Dzogch\u00e8n est \u00e9minemment crucial pour les temps actuels : c\u2019est un chemin bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience imm\u00e9diate et son application dans notre quotidien, jour et nuit.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Ce que l\u2019on appelle \u00ab\u00a0esprit\u00a0\u00bb dans le Dzogch\u00e8n, n\u2019est ni une pens\u00e9e, ni une \u00e9motion, ni une sensation, ni une des cinq perceptions, ni tout cela en m\u00eame temps, ni rien de tout cela. \u00ab\u00a0Cela\u00a0\u00bb est notre exp\u00e9rience limit\u00e9e et transitoire du monde et de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et ne peut donc pas \u00eatre qualifi\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0grande perfection\u00a0\u00bb. C\u2019est en quelque sorte le r\u00eave dans lequel nous sommes pris, et m\u00eame si nous croyons fermement en sa r\u00e9alit\u00e9, il ne peut durer car c\u2019est la nature m\u00eame du r\u00eave de ne pas \u00eatre permanent et de s\u2019arr\u00eater.<\/p>\n

Non, pour les traditions du Dzogch\u00e8n, la grande perfection est en m\u00eame temps au-del\u00e0 de tout cela et en constitue sa nature fondamentale, non transitoire, totalement vaste, lumineuse et incroyable.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est ce qui est appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019esprit pur et parfait\u00a0\u00bb, notre \u00e9tat naturel v\u00e9ritable\u00a0: l\u2019essence vide fondamentale de \u00ab\u00a0tout cela\u00a0\u00bb, sa nature intrins\u00e8quement lumineuse et son rayonnement pur et parfait dans TOUS les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de la (notre) r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Les traditions Dzogch\u00e8n insistent sur le fait que nature illusoire et nature de grande perfection, ou ultime, ne sont pas deux.<\/p>\n

Le Chemin du Dzogch\u00e8n<\/h2>\n

Nous allons donc \u00ab\u00a0utiliser\u00a0\u00bb la nature illusoire, notre vie de tous les jours, la nuit, et toutes ses exp\u00e9riences, pour reconna\u00eetre cette illusion, nous en d\u00e9tacher, et atteindre naturellement la Grande Perfection\u00a0: notre v\u00e9ritable nature, vide, lumineuse et rayonnante, transcendant m\u00eame la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de la mort, nous disent les textes traditionnels.<\/p>\n

Ceci est le chemin \u00e0 arpenter, l\u2019entra\u00eenement \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper, dans le Dzogch\u00e8n.<\/p>\n

Le chemin spirituel du Dzogch\u00e8n est \u00e9minemment crucial pour les temps actuels\u00a0: c\u2019est un chemin bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience imm\u00e9diate et son application dans notre quotidien, jour et nuit. Le ma\u00eetre-mot de cet entra\u00eenement\u00a0: l\u2019int\u00e9gration de la Grande Perfection dans toutes les imperfections, les petites comme les grandes souffrances ou toutes les exp\u00e9riences heureuses de notre existence, pour transcender les limites du bien et du mal, de l\u2019agr\u00e9able et du d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able, du fini ou de l\u2019infini\u2026<\/p>\n

Bref, c\u2019est une sacr\u00e9e odyss\u00e9e\u00a0!<\/p>\n
