Comment on rencontre le Dzogch\u00e8n ?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Vous \u00eates assis, dans une salle ou chez vous, vous \u00e9coutez un enseignement, ou vous \u00eates en train de lire un texte. Vous \u00eates attentifs, parfois un peu somnolents si c\u2019est juste apr\u00e8s le repas. Tout se passe comme d\u2019habitude, sauf que, sans que vous en soyez vraiment conscients, vos perceptions se modifient subtilement\u00a0: l\u2019espace devient plus vaste, plus clair aussi, les d\u00e9tails sont plus pr\u00e9cis\u2026 C\u2019est diff\u00e9rent mais pas assez net<\/span> pour y pr\u00eater attention. Et puis soudain, un instant, il n\u2019y a plus rien. Et de ce rien, \u00e9merge une exp\u00e9rience. Une exp\u00e9rience totalement inconnue, et pourtant en m\u00eame temps famili\u00e8re. Une exp\u00e9rience si fugace que vous vous demandez m\u00eame si vous l\u2019avez v\u00e9cue alors que l\u2019\u00e9tat n\u00e9 de cette exp\u00e9rience, est, lui encore pr\u00e9sent<\/span>. Si vous demandez \u00e0 des personnes autour de vous comment elles<\/span> ont d\u00e9couvert le Dzogch\u00e8n, chacune vous donnera s\u00fbrement un contexte diff\u00e9rent : elles<\/span> l\u2019ont d\u00e9couvert par un article, un ami qui en a parl\u00e9, un mot dans un dictionnaire\u2026 Mais toutes vous parleront \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9 d\u2019une m\u00eame chose : une exp\u00e9rience qu\u2019elles ont v\u00e9cue, aussi impr\u00e9vue que marquante. Elles vous diront qu\u2019elles ont du mal \u00e0 en parler, qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de mot pour le faire, mais que c\u2019est, \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0, qu\u2019elles ont v\u00e9ritablement, pour la premi\u00e8re fois, rencontr\u00e9 le Dzogch\u00e8n.<\/p>\n

Dans la tradition Dzogch\u00e8n, on parle d\u2019exp\u00e9rience sur la nature de l\u2019esprit.<\/p>\n

Le Y\u00e9ti des Montagnes<\/h3>\n

La nature de l\u2019esprit, quand on entre dans la voie du Dzogch\u00e8n, au d\u00e9but, c\u2019est un peu comme le Y\u00e9ti des montagnes : on en entend beaucoup parler, mais on ne l\u2019a pas encore rencontr\u00e9e, et au fond, on ne sait pas vraiment \u00e0 quoi elle ressemble, ni m\u00eame si elle existe. Parfois on croit l\u2019apercevoir, mais on n\u2019est pas tout \u00e0 fait s\u00fbr. On se dit : \u00ab Ah \u00e7a y est ! \u00bb Et puis non.<\/p>\n

La tasse de th\u00e9<\/h3>\n

Mon ma\u00eetre Dzogch\u00e8n dit : \u00ab Quand on fait l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de la nature de l\u2019esprit, on le sait ! \u00bb Il dit aussi : \u00ab L\u2019exp\u00e9rience sur la nature de l\u2019esprit, elle peut se passer n\u2019importe quand, mais surtout quand on ne s\u2019y attend pas : au moment o\u00f9 on se l\u00e8ve pour aller se faire une tasse de th\u00e9, ou quand on se prend, par surprise, une porte dans la figure. \u00bb Il dit aussi, pour finir : \u00ab La nature de l\u2019esprit ne se rencontre pas, elle est spontan\u00e9ment pr\u00e9sente. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Mon ma\u00eetre est tr\u00e8s fort pour pointer du doigt le Y\u00e9ti des montagnes. Car, commen\u00e7ons par le commencement. <\/span>La rencontre du Dzogch\u00e8n, c\u2019est avant tout la rencontre avec une d\u00e9tentrice ou un d\u00e9tenteur du Dzogch\u00e8n. Quelqu\u2019un qui est capable de vous montrer la vue Dzogch\u00e8n directement, par sa propre exp\u00e9rience et son int\u00e9gration. Tout commence donc\u2026 par la transmission.<\/p>\n

Cette exp\u00e9rience du d\u00e9but, la toute premi\u00e8re\u2026 Vous vous rappelez ? C\u2019est celle qui marque l\u2019entr\u00e9e dans le chemin et la vue Dzogch\u00e8n. Et elle n\u2019est pas arriv\u00e9e par hasard, elle est arriv\u00e9e parce que quelqu\u2019un l\u2019a v\u00e9cue avant vous et a pu vous permettre de l\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter \u00e0 votre tour. Dans le Dzogch\u00e8n, cela s\u2019appelle le Rigp\u00e9 Ts\u00e8l Wang<\/span><\/a>,<\/span> l\u2019introduction directe \u00e0 sa propre nature, la nature de l\u2019esprit.<\/p>\n

Depuis des si\u00e8cles, des hommes et des femmes ont v\u00e9cu cette introduction, cette premi\u00e8re rencontre. Aujourd\u2019hui encore, cette rencontre a lieu, \u00e0 chaque instant, pour tous celles et ceux<\/span> qui entrent dans la voie du Dzogch\u00e8n. C\u2019est ce qui rend cette tradition si vivante.<\/p>\n
